Good beds.Nice outer terrace. Good value.

A bit seedy area. No Supermarket nearby. Breakfast a bit limited.

Cleanliness, interesting decoration, staff very pleasant. Also a night door.

It wasn’t great from the beginning. Bathroom too small. Time to close breakfast was too early.Overall staffs were okay.

Everything was perfect

Everything was great! The stuff was very friendly. For the breakfast you can ask them to cook fried eggs (apart from other staff they offer for the breakfast). The bed was very comfortable!

Hotrl La Terrazza is a good hotel, in a residential area of Vicenza, near the autostrada. You can also reach it by public transport (bus 1 and 4 from the Vicenza train station). The staff is extraordinary friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, with good bathrooms. You get good value for your money.

Behavior of some staffs was very good. In Breakfast option is very less. Wifi was disconnecting very frequently. Clean Is very good.

Same breakfast everyday is not good so try some variations.

Walls are thin, so you can hear everything. Woke up many times because of that.

Staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast was tasty and coffee also. Everything is comfty.

The bed and the pillow were not that good, we didn't sleep well

The host, Luigi, was very helpful, we got the opportunity to check in early. The Hotel is very cute and traditional. The room was big.

At the beginning of our stay we were unsure about the Hotel, but later began to feel safer enjoying our time.

tHE ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE STAFF VERY HELPFUL. WE ARRIVED 5 HOURS EARLIER THAN CHECK IN TIME AND WAS STILL ABLE TO CHECK IN.

EVERY THING WAS OKAY.

AC doesn't work and you cant open the window, because the cigarette smoke from the balcony next to your window will stinks your room. Sleeping was like in sauna without air.

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and incredibly helpful (the room was ready so they let us check in a lot earlier). Breakfast was good. We didn’t have a car but there are parking spaces available. We stayed for just one night but it was lovely.

The breakfast was perfect. It even included espresso made to order, and was well worth the €5 price
