Absolutely everything! Great room, super breakfast, superb location, free bikes!, lovely owner and the entire staff was to notch!

Everything was perfect

Human touch, design, research of beauty in design, availability of the personal, quality of the breakfast.

- Chiara was extremely helpful during the check-in, a real lovely person and amazing staff.- They provide you with cold, filtered water and water bottle, even though the tap water is good in Udine.- The breakfast is exceptional. They have sustainable boxes where they put the food you choose the night before. Everything is delicious, local and seasonal food. The breakfast is the highlight of the stay.

Minor details which didn’t bother us but might be helpful to know: the road can get a bit noisy in the evenings, but if you close the windows and turn on the A/C the problem is solved.

The room was very large and I slept great. I felt like at home. Very kind and helpful staff.

Centrally located, within walking distance to the city centre. Friendly staff. Spacious room. Very good sound and temperature insulation. Comfortable bed. Abundant breakfast.

Good location, friendly staff

While this property advertised heating, the heating was not turned on despite requesting. The reverse cycle air conditioner didn’t really work. Room cleaning didn’t include changing towels.

Smoking area is between the two properties and need the smell of tobacco is very offensive. This is a general issue with properties in Italy as smoking is not very restricted.

The people! So nice, so helpful stuff. They understood and helped us with a situation regarding the booking. The fact that they have parking. The proximity to city center.

We really thought that the room was in need of renovation, everything seems a little bit old, used. The floor is really noisy. Anyway, it is a pleasant space but could be much better in order to be fair with the price.

Nice place to stay in Udine, 10 min walk to city center. Parking is available in the courtyard if you need it. The room was clean, spacious bathroom, AC unit

Price is a little bit higher but in the range of other hotel options available at the period of our stay

The staff was exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was exceptional, the idea of a personally tailored breakfast is amazing. We will definitely choose this hotel for our future stays in Udine.

Everything was perfect, there was nothing we didn't like. The hotel staff should be recommended for a prize for their hospitality.

I'm struggling to remember a time when I was so warmly welcomed at a hotel. The staff are LOVELY. Our room was also very comfortable, the shower was great and the breakfast delicious. If you're coming by train, it's quite a walk from the station but there are frequent and numerous buses that stop nearby. If you're staying a while, you can buy a 10 trip ticket that is shareable. Udine is a fantastic base if you're exploring the region and there are loads of good places to eat a 5 to 10 minute walk away. The staff recommendations we tried were good.

We couldn't get more than a couple of channels on the TV and breakfast was occasionally hectic. Other than that, nothing.

There are very small rooms = well done pictures. Everything looks much larger. Almost no storage, even for economical packed bikersSmall bathroomAlmost no restautants about hotel. No ??restaurants closer. The closest pizzeria needs e-reservation days before! About 2 kms away to walk is perfect syrian restaurantsAlmost "dead town" in the evening ("because of is July"...?)

Great staff, very friendly and caring. Really nice breakfast as well. Good bike storage as well. It was a really nice stay.

The hotel is easy to reach coming from the highway and a short walk from the centre of the city. The facilities are elegant and clean, very comfortable. Free parking and a fantastic breakfast. This hotel was slightly above our budget for this trip, but well worth the price difference. Highly recommended.
