Best Western Hotel Continental

We have stayed in this hotel multiple times, most of the times we travel to Italy through Udine with a car, we stay here at least on the way there or back, so at least once. This is always a great choice, big rooms (we stay in the family room with 2 kids and it is big enough even if you have a stroller a big suitcases), amazing breakfast, great parking with the possibility of a guided garage, close to the city center. If we had to pick one place to stay in Udine, it would be this one for us and we are surely coming back again next time we are travelling in Italy!

The room is modern and comfy. The breakfast was rich with many options. The hotel is quiet and acustically insulated. The reception lady was very kind and helpfull. There are some parking spaces in front of the hotel that are free of charge

Room was perfect and clean. We got a nice room with balcony for our anniversary and some nice complimentary, we love it.

The property used some sort of disinfectant or ambient perfume which was disturbingly overpowering and required us to air out the room

Clean, spacious, comfortable bed, modern, nice shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good Sicilian pastry place nearby.

Everything was perfectly fine, but it was bit overpriced for a very standard (and a bit worn out) room. On top of it, the baby cot is 15€/night and the underground parking another 9€/night. Not much around.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. When we asked if we could check in earlier than the arranged time, it was no problem and the room was already ready. At the reception we were told that our parkingspace was also ready and that we could park there immedeatly. Our was a bit cramped for 3 people but still very comfortable and completely adequate for an overnight stay. Since we could not book the breakfast option via booking.com it was no problem to add it to our stay at the reception. The breakfast itself was very tasty and had a vast selection of very delicious italian pastries. Even tho we could get a coffee by ourselves the waiter offered us fresh cappucino and for our son a hot chocolate (that was very kind ;) )All in all, we had a very nice overnight stay.

There is nothing we could say negative about our stay.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Very fine buffet-breakfast to a very moderate price. We used the hotel as a one night-stop on our trip back to Austria. We will do this again.

My husband had arranged for prepaid parking in the hotel parking lot, but the receptionist suggested that we park somewhere outside. So we had to point out that we had a prepaid service and that we should have a decent parking space.

Friendly reception even late in the evening.You have guaranteed normal parking, shower, bed and cartoons after long way driving and expected breakfast in the morning, with hot eggs and Italian coffee at least. It calms.Nice look of the building.

Nice spacious room, suited our needs perfectly. We we're only here for the night. Nice breakfast range and we're able to cater to allergies. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Parking was limited and a squeeze. They are clearly very popular in the area.
