Excellent location, 10 minutes walk from city center. Hotel has a private parking for 15 euros per day. Very good breakfast.The stuff was very wellcoming.

Very nice hotel, good bedroom, great breakfast, good location. The people are also very nice and made sure we had a great stay in Udine with very good recommendations. Highly recommend it.

Good location and parking were a good start. It continued with nicely decorated rooms and halls and impeccable rooms- clean, neat and new. Hearty and plentiful breakfast was included in the price and special praise goes to the staff that were beyond professional and attentive. They were friendly and caring and made me feel like am very special.

This is a family-run "bed and breakfast" hotel within easy walking distance of the old city. Our room was clean and comfortable with a modern feel. The breakfast buffet was excellent and there was a coffee-pod machine in the room together with a fridge for cold drinks. Our main delight, however, was the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner and his family.

The staff were so lovely and they gave us gifts as we was there for the super cup they gave us free hats and t shirts that said psg vs Tottenham and the hotels name on them

What was great: even though officially checkin is from 2pm only, when I told them I would be arriving at 9am they arranged for my room to be ready by 10am and even gave me free breakfast while I had to wait!

Even when I asked for NO cleaning, roomservice still came into my room, changed towels and re-arranged my belongings in the bathroom and bedroom. Also, when it was very warm at night the hotel refused to turn on the A/C saying that some guests are cold. It's a shame because opening the window is not an option: the street is very noisy
