Location, garage and advice from staff on restaurants. Hotel itself is ok, the rooms are fine, but it is due for renovation. Breakfast is somewhat poor, but a lady from the staff prepared an omelette for me although it is not a part of the offer.

Except a younger staff member at the reception, generally staff is not really welcoming and it feels like guests are a burden.

Great location for railway station and centre and room was nice.

The manager could do with some hospitality training - we felt like an inconvenience on arrival! Was not pleasant. Breakfast was limited and not replenished.

The hotel is really central located and the breakfast has good options. Really delicious croissants. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Unfortunately the man at the reception was not so friendly and had some rude attitude towards us. I think working at hotel and being with direkt contact with people you should be more friendly. Did not even inform us about the breakfast or parking. We had to ask and again, the attitude was just rude and unfriendly. Does not speak English as well.

It was a really nice hotel, with kind staff, well positioned within the city, walking distance to all major sites/events. Nice breakfast and, most importantly, everything was very clean!

Great hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Parking place in the basement of the hotel via car lift is good.

The room was spacious & and cozy, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near main tourist spots such as the main piazza, castle and the old town.

The toilet bowl seat was moving a little, and the bidet space was squeezy.

Clean room, good lovation. The bed was a little hard but I slept well.

The parking was not easy to find. I used an open underground car park but after doing 3 laps. My fault, Imshould have ask!

Made to feel welcome on arrival. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel in a good location for all tourist activities and transport. Breakfast was OK.

There was no adequate control of the room temperature, which was too hot to be comfortable.
