Does not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel

My stay at the Executive Meeting & Events hotel left a disappointing impression. There was not even a bottle of water in the room, which is unusual for a hotel of this level. Breakfast, scheduled from 7 AM, was a major letdown. Instead of the promised buffet, I was served a portioned breakfast: two slices of toast, a small amount of butter, two slices of cheese, cheap ham, and cold omelet. The queue for the coffee machine was enormous, making the experience even worse. This breakfast does not align with the standards of a 4-star hotel. The organization and level of service clearly lack attention to detail and guest care.

A nice and simple hotel for overnight stay, with free parking on side; friendly staff; good location.

Everything was wonderful. Great location( including parking) , clean rooms, friendly staff.

Kind staff, large and well-equipped room, convenient location, free parking. Overall good value for money and a pleasant stay.

Arrogance we never seen

When we came they ask us what breakfest we wont...super. But in the morning we were 15 minutes late and the lady said that the dinning room is closed. OK. But since the brekfast is italian...crossan, coffe...they can at least offer us coffe in the bar...nothing, just arogance from the girl...wery disapointed, like that they pay us to stay in the hotel...We trawel a lot...but this kind of atitude....Please, don't go there, its not worth it!!

Good value, nice service that explained it all and delicious breakfast. I can confidently recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was very poor, one shoud ask coffee two-three times, food selection very limited. It's interesting how this Hotel got four Stars? On our way back to Vienna we stay in La Di Moret - this is real four Stars!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady that helped us check in was extremely helpful.

Room wasn't so clean. Big huge stain outside our room on carpet....was a leak or something from the toilet in our room. The breakfast was from 7 to 10. We got there at 9:15 and there was 3 slices of ham and 4 slices of cheese. The orange juice was gone. The milk for cereal was almost gone. There were cookies on the breakfast buffet. 3 kinds of cookie, 2 kind of cheap cake and chocolate croissants. The tables were all dirty when we got there and no one was available to cleat them. The poor gentleman that was on the overnight shift was still there at 9:15 and he only had the reception girl to help. Price was cheap but would not stay again or recommend it.

The apartment was very clean and the service personnel was very good.

Although the room was spacious there were some defects of bad painting in the room as well as breakfast main hall.
