The staff was very kind and helpful . The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The weather was very warm and the air conditioning could have worked better. It never really cooled the room to a comfortable coolness and was very noisy.

Quiet location about 10 minute walk to the Centre piazza in town. Close to train station, 5 minute walk. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Onsite car parking!

Unfortunately, no amenities in the room to make yourself a quick coffee of tea.

The place is very very clean and well located in the heart of Udine. The room had everything I needed for my short stay

The room was a bit hot for me and I wasn't able to control the heater.

Great accommodation in an ideal location, close to the train station. Perfect starting point for discovering the city. The staff was very helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

The suite was nice and roomy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large with a beautiful walk-in shower. Breakfast was plentiful with omelets to order. It was a 5 minute walk to the train station, and 8 minutes to the castle and old town. Fantastic staff too!

Room, gym,

The underground parking - slightly difficult to manoeuvre the car. Also staff were very reluctant to let us keep in the car in the car park until we returned from our walking tour of the city centre which we said would be before 4 pm - although we took up the car parking space only at about 7pm the previous evening. We were not told, when booking and paying for the car space (separately and much later than the room), that we were expected to check out of the car park at the same time as checking out of the room, and that we would not be given 24 hours of parking time. In the end, the staff relented and let us stay. There were plenty of empty spaces in the car park when we left.

It was in a nice location, a nice part of town. The reception staff were very accommodating and responsive to requests.

The room was quite warm, so we had to open the windows, which made it noisier for sleeping. The elevator also seemed to need maintenance in the first two days of our stay.

Breakfast was very good, big choice, good quality of the products. Rooms are not big, but cosy and clean.

Convenient location, comfortable and clean.

This is quite a grand hotel, and it's layout has a certain style about it. There is just something that is difficult to define that stops it being really excellent. I think it's partly that the welcome is a bit impersonal and lacking in the warmth that would have made it more memorable. I think there could also be more recommendations about the best things to do in Udine (which is one of the less visited places in Italy), particularly on a Monday, when most things are closed.

Everything worked well, the only problem was that like in many hotels the electricity is switched off without a card after leaving the room - so after coming back no cold drinks and no possibility to buy anything to eat and to store it in the fridge.

The room was huge and very up-to-date. It had everything we needed. Exceptionally clean and quiet. Breakfast was fabulous and we enjoyed eating on the terrace. The front desk ladies were friendly and helpful. Also appreciated the convenient and secure bike storage.
