Very clean

The breakfast was great!! There was a great variety of healthy foods. Great coffee! So nice to have.

Easy and clean. Loved the smell of their soap. Staff were very friendly and helpful.Chocolate cookie and savory muffins were the highlight of breakfast; delicious!

Our host was beneficial in providing recommendations for lunch and dinner.Walking distance (20 minutes) to the main central square in Udine.

It drew a younger crowd, perhaps sports teams, which really was only noticeable during breakfast where it was suggested we come to breakfast after two large groups. This was helpful advice.

After experiencing B&BHotels in Imperia, we were very disappointed with the hotel in Ubine. Bathroom was small for a couple, with very luke warm water for the shower. Informed reception who had received other complaints and were investigating (hotter as we checked out). USB connection did not work in bedroom. Shelf next to mirror broken and he'd by duct tape. No bedside dressers. No fridge. Soap dispenser was not filled up on arrival.

The reserved parking area is crowded and we could park our car there without blocking other cars' way out, despite we had reserved parking prior our arrival.

I couldn't adjust the air conditioner in my room myself, so I had to ask the receptionist to turn it on or off, as the room didn't have an individual remote control, unlike the other rooms, and it was probably one of the few or the only room without an individual remote control. Otherwise, everything was great!

Food and drink automata at the reception.

Bathroom, as is was old, with old dirt and calc. Probanly not issue with cleaning, but simoly too old equipment. Sealings were yellowish and blackish. A good renovation would help.

Not convenient for remote online work: no secured network, need to register with email, simple wooden chair without a cushion.Air-condition hum during night.Very simple breakfast.

Nice hotel near the centre of Udine. Comfortable bed, clean room, receptionist was very nice and helpful. Good parking. It was our second stay here, and not last, I'm sure.

Near the city center, 10 minutes on foot, excellent parking, breakfast quite sufficient.

The heating was working very poorly, it just shuts off and there is some malfunction, when cleaning the room they took our personal accessories cups and didn't leave new ones, they also didn't leave toilet paper, it could be a little cleaner.

the hotel is in a very good location. City center is a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast is better than average.

I have never met such narrow beds. It was definitely cold in the room approx. 18 degrees. We asked the reception several times to raise it to 22-23 degrees, they did something on their computer, but it just got colder.

It was ok for the price

Thin walls. Lots of noise from the next door guests -they were not loud, but you could hear almost everything. Windows don't block outdoor noise either. Loud people outside until 4/5 am and a delivery truck at 4 other day. terrible.

Very comfy bed and pillow! Friendly staff, ladies are 10 out of 10!

Zero noise isolation. You can hear multiple sounds non stop, from someone crossing the hallway, to operational sounds such ass flushed WC, elevator or something stranger.

Cute, very clean room. The bed was very comfortable. Good value for money.

Only the location

It was so cold! The heater didn't work properly and we had to sleep with our clothes on! The rooms are not as you see them online, much smaller, there is no place for the charger at the head of the bed, the bath tub is so small you can't fit in if your 190+cm, the isolation between the walls is so weak you can hear people moaning and screaming!!! ?
