    Pros +

    • Super cool place to spend time with family. Cleanliness, Comfort rooms, Nice food, unlimited drinks with various options, Night events, live music and most important that it's very close to ski mountain. Wellness experience was very awesome.
    • We liked the staff, the ski slope behind the hotel, the food, the drinks, the cinema, the game room, and the spa.
    • Everything is perfectly organized, beautiful room for the family, beautiful view from the balcony, excellent spa, great food... everything is 10/10

    Cons -

    • The rooms could be updated. A more proactive approach could be taken to helping families figure out where to ski (beyond the slope behind the hotel), and logistics.
    • I didn't miss anything..
    • The only downside was that on the last day, three tables around us in the restaurant were occupied by visitors who brought their dogs with them during dinner. The dogs frequently shook their fur while we were eating. However, aside from that, everything was perfect for us.

We visited this hotel during the Christmas holidays (family with children). We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and all its facilities. I now understand why people keep coming back to this hotel. The owner is very friendly and is present on a daily basis. The owner can also be very proud of his staff, as they are extremely friendly and very helpful (without exception). We mainly interacted with Frank (restaurant staff), Marie, and the reception staff. They also offered a bus trip to a city twice a day (free of charge) with a cheerful guide. Additionally, the children were picked up and brought back by bus every day they had ski lessons. Later, there was thankfully enough snow behind the hotel (a ski slope with a ski lift).Normally, I dislike swimming because the pool water is always ice-cold. However, I swam every day because the pool water was wonderfully warm. All in all, we will definitely return again.

The only downside was that on the last day, three tables around us in the restaurant were occupied by visitors who brought their dogs with them during dinner. The dogs frequently shook their fur while we were eating. However, aside from that, everything was perfect for us.

Amazing Spa. lovely bar and dining area

our room was a little outdated without any ventilation in the toilet and bathroom.

The spa and wellness, and the breakfast.

Dj in the lobby in the evening (why in the lobby?) was like a bad after skiing, and super annoying. If you wanted to have a drink in the bar it was impossible to have a chat. The dj was really in to the bottle all the time (see picture!)The evening menu was a mess and food was running out, and the staff excused it because we came to dinner 30 minutes before closing. Really not okay since we payed for the all inclusive. When we checked out they charged us money for the dog and taxes. They could have informed us when we arrived.

An excelent establishment, very well taken care of, a lot of attention given to details. The owners were there almost daily, open and available for any feedback. Traditional building, with a lot of facilities (spa, pool indoor connecting with outdoor, spacious bar, yet cozy, very good food, generous playroom for kids, parking outdoor and underground, lecture room, own water spring in the restaurant, great evening programs). This is a go to hotel, over and over. Situated in a small village, yet so close to the highway.

You have to be really picky to find something to write here.

Very friendly and helpful staff, all meals were prepared to our dietary requirements. Immensely enjoyed the evening with Frederico on the piano and with the violin. A little modernization for the romantic room ( the bathroom) could be recommended. TV needs to be updated to allow for casting and Internet connectivity.

Absence of a coffee / tea making facility in the room.

    Superb

I made a mistake by ordering a room without a balcony, the room we got was not suitable for a long stay. so next time we will probably take one with a balcony and probably bigger with a view

    - Amazing SPA area, has options for both nude and non-nude relaxation- Great food, amazing kitchen!- Nice programs, bar is always stocked- Right in the middle of the Austrian Alps, just a perfect getaway from the world

    - Sometimes the staff feels a bit disorganised, especially around dinnertime- Some staff members are just a bit rude- We have been here many times, but last time we have gotten a smaller and not as nice room as our other family members. Same rate, same room naming. This was disappointing.

We had such horrible time at this hotel that it could only be described as holiday from hell. I have never seen as such disregard of our well being of hotel guest and total absence of owner. We arrived on 15th July and given room key of our room without any assistance to our luggage etc. In restaurant we were given table that was divided by curtain and resemble in school canteen rather than 4 star hotels in Austria. I notified our dietary requirements however we were constantly told that hotel has fixed menu and self-service.I have never seen as carelessly prepared food in my life. There was beef or pork in menu and we were served from children’s menu of chicken nugget with some chunky carrots without and sauce etc.We managed to get fried Chicken fillet after speaking with restaurant manager however it was too much over cooked and chewy that I couldn’t ‘even cut it with knife and unfit for consumption. All dining room staff are aware of problem with quality of food however they are helpless to improve.Every day we wake up and count day when we will go home

The description of hotel is rather misleading. It is city break

The SPA is awesome, not crowded, sooo many options. They give free entereence to nearby expensive attractions like Swarovski and Innsbruck view point. All inclusive and delicious food and great cocktails and drinks.

Some rooms have no air conditioning and smaller than pictures, we had to insist on the exact oneAll inclusive is limited to certain hours for alcoholic drinks

I loved the range of various spas. The extra organized activities were all great. Loved the piano music night. Great bar with all drinks included. Good range of food from the buffet. Staff were fabulous. We did some enjoyable long walks and e-bike rides.

The environs and ambience which was calm, soothing, relaxing yet sophisticated, beautiful. This hotel facilities cater for every need. Nothing was too much to ask for. I loved the food and all the very attentive bar and dining staff. I loved the spa, the live music entertainment in the evening. The hotel room s serious about food too. No wonder hotel is called Wellness hotel. And not to forget very kind and friendly staff!

I didn’t have a car so spent a little fortune on taxis to town to shop and to attend festival

Amazing resort, everything was just perfect, especially the 2 ladies serving the drinks in the bar when we stayed on 23/26th April.

    Great Spa

The room: our room was very comfortable, modern style. Staff: everyone was very friendly. We drove the whole way from Vienna, so we did checked-in around 23:00, but the hotel messaged us asking If they could make a cold plate for us since we would miss dinner that night. I thought that was very nice and considered. Upon arrival, the check-in was closed, however the manager of the hotel welcomed us in a very kind manner, although was late and even brought us to our room. He also offered us a welcome drink at the bar, which was very nice :)Spa: the spa is very nice and modern. I like the decoration and style.Food: we had full board and we did enjoy dinner, it was great!

    - Breakfast can be improved: there was never a staff behind the kitchen to make the eggs your way, for example. Not too many options, not offering capuccino with non-dairy milk and so on;- The location isn't that great, the photos are much prettier than reality. The view from the rooftop pool are not that great - I have stayed in much prettier villages and hotels in Austria;- There is a pool that clearly says 16+, however there were kids there with their parents, after 18:00PM, not nice.- For a 4 star hotel offering a all in 1 shampoo, conditioner and body wash is not a 4 start service. You should offer all separately.

    8FernandoPosted on: 2-26-2023

Great breakfast, nice diner, beautiful room suite, wonderful spa, very good quality of food , personal very friendly and attentive, ski for kids in French, the included visits and the all in coktails.

In the evening, more animation will be appreciated. Dj party for adults to dance on recent music records is missing. For the casino evening, the hotel should foresee more gambling tables.

    2HannaPosted on: 2-8-2023

    clean

not worth the price! Not enough staff, often missing cups or cuttlery. tables not clean. food not worth 4 stars. vegetarian/vegan option was just grilled vegetables

    8LiudmilaPosted on: 1-15-2023

The rooms are spacious. Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast and dinner, lots of options to choose from. Good variety of wine and general drinks. The service is excellent. The swimming pool is great and offers a variety of massage jets.

The spa area is too overcrowded on Saturday. There are only three infusions at the Finish sauna, which is too less for that small place with so many people. Even if you arrive 10 minutes before the sauna is already full. Although less than 50% of loungers are used in relaxing rooms, you can't stay there cause the rest is reserved with someone's wet trousers or towels. We would either book a day in a spa centre and a good hotel close to next time.
