Very nice hotel, 25-30 minutes' drive from Ski Welt. Clean, warm, spacious room with enough storage space, nice SPA area, really good breakfast. There is a ski room and free parking. Beautiful area. Perfect for ski stay.

Nothing - everything was great.

Tidy rooms, good en-suite and a mix of old and new buildings. Sizeable spa facility.

The spa facility closes too early, staff not particularly accommodating and the breakfast was slightly sparse by Austrian standards, with unforgivably dry semmel.

Very complete breakfast and free parking. Spacious modern rooms, very comfortable.

Very nice staff at the restaurant and helpful. They did room service for us which was great.

The receptionist was smoking all the time outside.

Room was located close to the elevator and we could hear people taking on the floor while door was closed.

Two waitresses, from the restaurant's permanent staff, deserve a particularly positive mention. The rest of the staff was also courteous and helpful.Since we had to leave the hotel in the morning before breakfast time, we asked if it would be possible to drink a cup of coffee before our departure, our request was gladly accepted and in the evening we had a coffee machine and all the means we needed in the room. Nice surprise, thanks for that

1. No kettle or coffee machine in the room.2. Lots of mosquitoes, you can't leave a window open to let in fresh air at night.

Nice and clean hotel right next to the mountains. Personel was very helpful, even made us a dinner 15 minutes after closing time of restaurant. Very good and rich breakfast.

Our room didnt have AC, which made it in the middle of summer quiet uncomfortable.

Nice hotel located in a small village in a beautiful scenery close to the highway. The room with the mountain view and the balcony is worth the additional amount. Nice new and clean rooms, comfortable beds and a good breakfast with a lot of choices. The restaurant was also good.

Nothing negative but do be aware that this is a farm area with the farm smell associated with it :)

I enjoyed the stay and the food in the restaurant was very nice

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, if I had been aware of this I would probably have booked another hotel in the area. Also they had a English menu however there were no prices on the menu.

It was a beautiful hotel with help full staff. The rooms and food were excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

The receprion desk crew behaves like customer barely exist. Moreover in the hotel with plenty of guests in main time there is no one on the reception. Reception desk bell also has gone. The behaviour of reception stuff is just rude. They ignore you and not tryin to help you at all. The kitchen help at restaurant is ok. There is no kettle for tea in the room. We came back from ski and asked on reception for hot water and the lady sent us to spa with half naked people where is the only place with free boiling water. It wasn't nice.The hotel staff has difficulty to communcate in English.

Gorgeous view, very nice spa area, many hiking opportunities close-by! The staff was super friendly! Loved it!
