Really nice rooms, the hotel is older but not at all run down. Parking was also very good and so were the food options the recommended.

Not a fault of the hotel but the whole town closes up shop at 6PM. If you need supplies, you need to plan ahead. Of course, restaurants and bars are still open.

The rooms we booked were clean and comfortable. The beds were excellent and just the right firmness to the pillows. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was simple and tasty, and provided real value for the price. The free kufsteinerland cards were a big plus! We enjoyed the kaiserlift and fortress.

Nothing was bad.

Location; next to train station, old town and the fortress is in walking distance.Hotel provided Guest card which is very useful for transportation and museum access; includes the fortress panorama lift.Wifi is very good.

It would be perfect. if there. Is electric kettle in room.

Great location right by the train station and 5 minutes walk to the city center. Historic building, but remodeled to modern standards. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

It was close to city centre, but it is just on train station, like literally on train station, people waiting for train like across the street.. but it was pretty quiet. Hotel is pretty old. I would say it is overpriced

The lady on reception when we booked in was extremely helpful , friendly and welcoming. I had a problem with the bed and she fixed it quickly and efficiently.The hotel was very well situated for the train, sightseeing and eating places.

The breakfast was good but a little limited.

Great location for using rail service, just across the road from Kufstein Bahnhof and also close to centre.Good breakfast with plenty choice.Room was comfortable with all that we needed - this was our second stay in this hotel.

Great centrally located hotel, with shops, restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Great value, we were skiing at Wider Kaiser

Breakfast was simple but ok. Staff was friendly.Despite of being right in front of the train station one couldn't hear any noise from it.The bus that can be taken to the ski area stoped tight in front at the hotel, very practical.We stayed in a three bedroom, one was a double, as it was spacious enough.

There are few parking spots reserved for the hotel on the street, and a they have a few more at the hotel garage. The beds were hard, pillows were terrible.Tv in the room was as small as a computer display.

We stayed one night en route to Söll and were very happy with the experience and will have no issues staying here again.Excellent location to the Train/Bus Station

Unfortunately there was a problem with temperature when we arrived. I understand heating was completely off until 1 day before our arrival, which seems strange considering local weather. Staff was nice, tried to help but the apartment was still very very cold. After complaining several times we got electric heating. This is poor management resulting in poor customer experience.

Characterful comfortable hotel, extremely convenient location for people using Kufstein station. Ideal place for us to stay the night on the way from Italy to Paris on the Brenner route. The town itself is so close and well worth seeing.

Only downside was that the room was very light at night so bring a sleeping mask.

Good location closed to Kufstein Train station, and also within walking distance to the Fortress castle. Surrounding the hotel there are many restaurants and cafe. The room is renovated and clean and new.

I had a room facing the main road and train station, it's very noise, can hear people pulling their luggages walking chasing for buses and rushing to catch a train etc. It would be good to have a room that is not facing the main road.

Clean, comfortable, with easy acces to city center. Tasty breakfast and parking are a plus.
