Hotel zur Post

The hotel was easy to find and very accessible. The location is great, right in the heart of a small downtown area. A hiking path behind the hotel leads directly to the Kristall Therme trimini, a 15 minute walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in, and gave us great tips on activities in the area. The restaurant is spacious and attractive, with indoor and outdoor seating. Our room on the 1st floor was large and comfortable. We appreciated having the elevators to easily transport our luggage. We would definitely stay here again.

Parking can be a bit of a challenge, due to a limited number of spaces, but the staff were always able to find us a spot.

Very sweet, accommodating, professional staff. Felt right at home. Also breakfast was included and it was outstanding!

The room was very nice, the bathroom too.Location is good to get to the Thermen by foot.

Breakfast room was spacious, the food and drink provided was exceptional. I have stayed in many hotel over my years, with this Breakfast outlay one of the best. Also noted how quickly the staff check over the displayed food and drink to keep it top up.Highly recommend from a satisfied Brit !

Very cozy, very clean, friendly staff, very good dinner at the restaurant downstairs, only ten minutes to the lake (on foot)

Not enough options at breakfast, no coffeemaker/tea kettle or mini bar at the room

The hotel was cozy, quiet, and Bavarian-style (which some may like and some may not). We had a small terrace in our room which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was great. There was not much choice for breakfast, but enough to fill the belly.

The whole place was beautiful, historical building and nice old furniture.

I found many spiderwebs which gave me the impression of not cleaning the place carefully.then, it was quite difficult to find the key, I had to help some elderly women too

The bed wasn't comfortable ?,breakfast was horrible,nfriendly staff,no parking,the main entrance was locked at some point and couldn't get out to smoke considering its a non smoking hotel,some places in the room were dusty.

This review was saved by the nice lady at breakfast who took care of us and made us feel welcome. Otherwise room was on the expensive end of the spectrum.

It was in a perfect place .The family and employees were awesome and efficient We would have liked to stay more but we just had a stop over on our way to another place

The room was tidy and clean. Breakfast was good.

We arrived late than the check in time, but we didn’t get any information from the Hotel before we checked in . We need to call them to know how to get the key, would be great if the hotel can tell us in advance.

At dinner time great food at reasonable prices. Very good breakfast and very friendly staff.

The room was rather small and, as there was no air conditioning, you should expect high temperatures especially in rooftop rooms.
