- The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The Reception staff speak great English. Their friendliness and great customer service were the highlights of my stay. The room was comfortable and very clean. Internet and breakfast were great too.
Cons -
- The walk to Bascarsija is not bad but it is a bit hilly. Depending on which way you walk, it can be a steep hill.
