Best breakfast we’ve ever had at a restaurant. The fruit, eggs, bread and more were fresh and tasty.The staff was very helpful and suggested an amazing place for dinner - Don Pasquale pizzeria it’s about a 11 min walk. The bed, pillows, couch, and room were very comfortable. The balcony had a great view of the river and bridges.We used the gym and sauna - which were great and the sauna was a nice way to unwind and relax. We also went to Katrin which had amazing views and sleds for the kids. We went to the thermal bath nearby which was ok, very crowded so not as relaxing as we had planned for.

Excellent location just a short walk from the city center. While the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, nearby parking (about 200m away) is provided free of charge with a permit for guests from the hotel. Staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. The room was beautifully arranged with a stunning direct view of the river — absolutely breathtaking.

The only downside was the weak Wi-Fi signal in the room. I informed the reception about this issue, but unfortunately it could not be fixed during my stay. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

It was a modern hotel! Nice facilities. All in all, it was a good choice for our family weekend off.

Parking was not available in the premises. However, it was possible to park 200m away with a small fee.

The location is great: right in the city center and everything within walking distance. The room is spacious and clean, with more than enough spaces to put our luggages. There is also free saunas available for guests, and all you need is to make a reservation. The restaurant of the hotel is also perfect, with fabulous view and fantastic food, which is never too salty or oily. The breakfast is also fantastic, with a good number of choices and almost everything, especially bread, is freshly baked.

The height of the pillow is too low and I fell down several times at night, resulting in a poor sleep quality. Further, there are not enough staffs and for all the requests, I need to visit the front in person m, which is quite inconvenient.

Breakfast was really good and we had a very warm welcome on arrival. The staff in the restaurant were also excellent. Location was A1. Room was clean and secure.

The spa was not operational unless you asked the hotel an hour in advance so was effectively unavailable to guests and unused. It was not possible to isolate the reading light in the bedroom from the bedside light meaning you could not read at night without disturbing your roommate.

Some rooms were very nice and new and I got a rather old room. There was a very penetrant smell in the room and the room was extremely dark.

I booked the family room for 4pax. Room is Clean, toilets/ bathroom is amazing. Big spacious, enough for a family staying together.

Ladders to the attic room is a little steep. Would be nice to have a low table or place to put bags, phones instead of floor.

The crew is extremely professional and friendly

The pillows smell strange. Hot water is not that reliable. Noisy ventilator. Fake window -- window facing towards a wall, using a mirror to make it look as if it's facing outside. Housekeeping comes in early in the morning before checking out. Router blinking at night

No door between the bathroom and room. Light enters the room if someone is in the bathroom.

What is this shame? We went down to eat in the dining room and when we returned to the room,The cleaner was cleaning the room even though I have to check out by 11:00 andshe didnt allow us to freshen up before leaving. shame
