Comfortable beds and they provide towels. Big dining and kitchen area. The young woman who cleans the place is very nice and friendly.

Washing is overpriced at 10 eur.

I liked that they have hangers and a closet to store stuff. And it was pretty clean.

1. This hostel has a weird check-in time. On top of that, I came in during the allowed hour, yet no staff were at the desk. Only cleaners were in the building, and they could not check me in. I don't know how safe Bad Ischl is, but when I asked to leave my luggage, they asked me to leave it at a very obvious, non-attended, open spot. Future guest: just store your luggage if you can near the bus station. Do not come here early, and remember the bus to other tourist attractions comes once an hour. You can easily waste 1 hour by coming here. ps. and you cannot find staff during the night. 2. It was a bit expensive compared to what it has to offer. But overall, the whole lack district is overpriced...

The room was quiet and comfortable, in a small quiet street.

A little refrigerator and water-heater would be good, the room was a bit cold.

Wonderful！1. The bulk bed is super strong without any noise for turning around on bed or climbing onto the bed. As one of the most common problems for bulk bed in hostel is the noise, this is really a bonus for me. I slept really well after a tiring day. 2. the decorarion of the hostel is super relaxing. I like the birds, the wooden furnitures and the yellow light so much. Also a place to sit at the shower and rhe yellow bed lamp. Bed was soft and supportive.

The room is very hot, no air fan. and you can’t open the window because there will be bees coming in. Also I hang my towel on the hanger, when I get back, it’s gone. The host said they thought it was theirs, so they offered me a new one, but I don’t know if it’s clean, so I still have to buy a new one myself :(

The rooms are basic but clean, with a good mattress and very soft, clean blankets, ensuring a comfortable sleep. A definite plus is the bathroom located right in the room, adding convenience to the stay. The staff is generally helpful, though the reception lady was a bit strict and not particularly welcoming, which made me feel less valued as a guest.

Additionally, the laundry washing in the cellar brought fumes up to the rooms, which was a problem for me due to my allergies. Fortunately, it happened in the morning when I was about to leave in 30 minutes anyway."

Amazing location, there is a small bakery and a beautiful hill right at the back of the hostel. 10 min walking from downtown.Rooms were cleaned every day.Staff was friendly.Little kitchen in the cellar was functional.

Laundry was too expensive and took too much time.

The rooms were neat and tidy. We booked a triple room and a double room for 3 nights. Asked for it to be close together and delightfully it was arranged together. The location was pretty central so the main streets were easily accessible in walking distance.

We had some trouble with our luggages as there were no lifts in the building, so we had to carry them up 2-3 flights of stairs. We initially planned to do our laundry at the hostel, but it turns out that it is charged 10 euro per wash + drying. That exceeded our expectation, so we ended up not using the laundry machines at all. The common area was spacious, but the cleanliness of the shared kitchen area was so-so, and there were not enough utensils to share around e.g. plates. There is not much flexibility in the check-in time since there is no one at the reception before 5pm, so be prepared to wait outside for a period of time if you arrive early.

Good location. It's close to the city center and train station. The hostel is very clean and the staff cleaned the room every day.

Lockers are a bit old. The room we stay is next to the road and it was noisy in the morning because of the cars.
