Would love an a la carte breakfast as I don't eat 15 euros worth of breakfast

Located in the heart of old salzburg. Internet was free and working great.

The "queen" sized bed was actually two twin beds pushed together but that seems to be the norm in Europe.

Staff were friendly and location was ideal.

I came after 11 pm, and no one was there and I don’t speak their language if I did not find any one to speak through the phone to who ever is responsible I don’t know what will I do, the bar next door has a door to the hotel which I think isn’t safe, the floor needed renovation, a big noise

The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-15 minute walk to many of the main attractions. It is near several bakeries and a grocery store, which was handy for picking up soda or an extra bread roll :-). There is a nice little bar / coffee place connected to the hotel, which was nice for a stop at the end of the day.

If you don't like bells early in the morning, bring your earplugs. The bells start, very 15 minutes, about 6:00 AM. It didn't matter to us, but some people might not like it.

Hotel Krone 1512 was a great place to stay - the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very nice, clean, and spacious with a large, very nice bathroom. We had a great experience!

Our room was a bit small but very comfortable. The location cannot be beat. Right in the heart of things in a very walkable city.

The lobby was small & mostly unstaffed. You go next door to the coffee/bar for anything you need & they are very accommodating. We didn't pay the $20 per person for the breakfast...seemed a bit steep for the area.

The bedroom, they used 2 singles bed and they joined them , and that is very bad, must be one king bed size. It's not comfortable in sleeping

Breakfast was okay but no hot options, so not sure it was worth the price. No shower toiletries/ shampoo.

great location, close to everything, yet somewhat removed from the super busy tourist areas. The street has a lot of options for food, coffee, etc.. Hotel is small and somewhat basic, but had everything we needed.

mattress wasnt my favorite, it felt very soft, but that's of course a personal preference.

Our room was just above the bar so that you could hear and feel the beats till midnight. On checkout, we were charged 90 EUR above the price reserved through booking.com.

The location was very good.

We arrived and one of our rooms disappeared the night before. The staff told us no problem we will figure it out. My husband and I told the staff it was our 2 year wedding anniversary the following day and she told us we would be in the same room the entire time and the other travelers would switch the next day to the same floor. Upon picking up our key that night we were giving a key to someone else’s room who already had all there stuff in the room. My group was able to sort it out but the following day my husband and I were downgraded to the top floor for our wedding anniversary. Along with this different floor from our guest and what we agreed upon. We tired to speak with the staff and they basically said there was nothing we could do. We normally would have been fine with this but customer service was very poor and they seemed to not care about their guest. The beds are hard and stiff, you only get one pillow, the shower in our guest room flooded after one use and it spilled onto the carpet into there room. Sadly, although location is good I would not recommend this place to other guest.

The hotel was in a great location amidst many cafes, restaurants and shops, directly across from the beautiful St. Sebastian Church. The staff was friendly and helpful. They spoke perfect English, which was a huge relief to us since we do not know German.

The bathroom was very small, but typical for a European hotel.

It was in walking distance to everything. The guy at the front desk and the staff at the adjoining bar were so friendly.

The doorway to the bathroom was low. My husband hid his head and he is just 6 foot.
