- Location.
- Rude staff. Room was right adjacent to smoking area and the smoke came into the room even with windows closed. AC not working and the room was hot all the time. We paid for 3rd bed and it was terribly uncomfortable sofa bad that had terrible springs.

Cons -
- The hotel was old and poorly kept. We reserved two beds and they only gave us one. They didn't solve my problem and instead we had to solve it. The shower had a glass door and nothing to shield from anyone else in the room.
- No functioning air conditioning, room was a sauna.
- Smelled smoky

Very nice and comfortable room. No issues whatsoever. I arrived late in the evening and the check in process was smooth, the receptionist gave me all the information I needed such as breakfast etc and I was on my way to my room in no time. The room was nice and comfortable and I loved the fact that I could open the window for some fresh air & I could also arrange the AC in my room to my likings. Breakfast was excellent. I used to go early so it was always calm & quiet. Staff are very nice, kind & helpful. They have an underground parking garage which was perfect and not expensive either since I had a car and street parking is very limited. No transportation issues whatsoever, there are bus stops a few meters away from the hotel.
We had to go to an early morning tour, so we did not have breakfast. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Several bus routes stop right at the front of the hotel. Staffs are very kind and helpful.
The receptionists were very welcoming and helpful.
The only problem was that we discovered the shower gel and shampoo were empty when I showered on the day we checked in. It was a real disaster.
The front desk staff did not tell us that we could have received free bus passes because the city tax is included in our rate.
Decent Buisiness hotel in Salsburg, relative quite surrounding, The Receptionist was extremely helpful.
It was a beautiful room… big and on the quiet side of the hotel. Staff was excellent!
It was a good 25 minute walk to get to the River and Old Town. Not a lot of restaurants nearby.
The location
1) Not clean, sheets had hair , bathroom not clean - found an empty roll of toilet paper on the window 2) outdate facilities 3) bad smell
Comfortable room size, staff
Location was ok, noisy cleaning staff, no restaurant or room Svsc
The location was excellent, The bus that takes you to the Old Salzburg was just outside the hotel across the street. In fact the receptionist helped set us up with free bus rides via an app for our entire time in Salzburg. When we had a problem with all of the lights in the bathroom going out on our first night, the receptionist came to our room and tried to fix it but told us that only their technician could fix it and he that wasn't available (we were told he lived 90 minutes away from the hotel) so I used my flashlight that I brought with me to take a shower, brush my teeth and shave as I would on a camping trip. They told us the hotel was sold out and were unable to move us to a different room in the hotel since there were no more rooms.
When I called to complain about the room having no lights in the shower/bath room I was told at first that there was nothing they could do about it (basically suck it up), then I pushed back and asked for a different room the male receptionist in an angry voice told me that he was going kick me out of the hotel if I kept complaining! So instead of fixing the problem just shut up and live in the dark. Later he came and tried to fix it and he could not. I've never once in my long life been told to not complain about a problem in my room to the staff. I think the staff is in dire need of customer service training. Remember "The customer is always right". I feel like I should have been reimbursed for my room not threatened to be removed from the hotel.
Location was great, 20 minute walking distance to the old town and train station. Rooms were clean. Staff helpful when wanting to change to the room with the bath tub
Some dirt in the shower.
Lady at reception was very helpful .Location.
Aside from the lady at reception, the other staff members were quite unfriendly. The room wasn’t very clean, the furniture was outdated, and the bathroom was in extremely poor condition.
The reception is extremely nice, service oriented, the best thing about this hotel...
The bathroom has this stupid foggy glass... beware of this. Also there is no door to the bathroom and the toilet is behind the foggy glass door with no sound isolation whatsoever. NOT FOR FAMILIES. AC was not working and it was warm, unpleasant to sleep. Parking is ok, but the lights go off after some 10 seconds , with the sensor located further away, so it's "parking in the dark" situation... It was a very overpriced and unpleasant experience.
good breakfast, funky room with open (non-transparent) glass to the shower, we were lucky to have a room with access to a terrace with mountain view
soft/foam pillows as standard, I did not ask for a different option ... you may try
Clean and comfortable room.
Just a little further away and no sign on the side of the building as I approached on the bus.
