- The staff was very helpful and friendly.
- The reception was mainly manned by the owners and they were both extremely helpful and approachable. We particularly liked their eating place recommendations. They also booked our tables for us. The fluffy white towels in the bathroom were luxurious.Breakfast was buffet style with a very wide range of choices. The homemade cakes were especially delicious. All in all a very comfortable stay. Thank you for taking the time to bring our visitor to the eating place we were at, it was much appreciated.
Cons -
- Do not use in car navigation to find it, it will take you to a closed lot behind the block but never to the front. Please post directions on website and email confirmation
- It was a very loud area. We were just here for the night before a morning flight. The city street has restaurants, so we kept the windows closed even though it was a bit warm inside. They did have a window AC, but that required leaving a window open so we managed without. There was also construction nearby that started grinding concrete early in the morning, and either garbage pickup or maybe a street sweeper that went by a few times around 6am. If you can manage with the windows closed, it would be ok.
- No free parking -- need to park at an expensive city-parking garage (a small discount coupon available at front-desk). A little pricey rate (the most we paid per night in our entire trip in Austria).

Igor employee was very helpful. But also owner and rest of the staff were helpful.
Small, cosy and friendly hotel. Very central location for all sights. Very good breakfast. We had a courtyard view room which was very quiet. We checked in online before arrival, and were emailed a Salzburg guest bus pass which was useful.
Easy location nearby the bus stops. It's in a walkable area with shops and grocery very nearby. Staff were wonderful.

The location is excellent, near shops and restaurants, and across the river from the main historical area. The staffer was very nice and welcoming, both at front-desk and at breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and upgraded us for free to a bigger room which was so lovely. It was in a fantastic location to all the tourist attractions and very comfortable.
Nothing :)
Extremely welcoming staff, great location and clean rooms. Although the rooms do not have tea or coffee machines, the hotel lets you access the professional coffee machine for all the teas and coffees you can drink at the dining area through out the day, which is even better.
Rooms are a bit on the smaller end, especially bathrooms. More convenient during short stays.
We were particularly satisfied with Igor, the receptionist who was very kind and helped throughout our stay. As the hotel had last minute availability we've also been upgraded to a bigger room. Additionally, we found the the location of the hotel excellent, and in ratio to it's price.
There wasn't anything particular we were dissatisfied with, however our room was tiny bit small.

Position, bedroom, cleanliness
Very small bathroom
The hotel is close to the Altstadt, public transportation, and a There is a lovely Korean restaurant on the same street that I recommend. The staff were hospitable and helpful, including letting us leave our bags on the last day. The chocolates at the desk were yummy :). The beds were comfy and the room was cleaned well.
The location and staff were excellent
Just the noise from the restaurant across the street but it was the weekend before Christmas so it may not be a usual thing
Very convenient, clean, very friendly staff and a great breakfast
Excellent location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast options. Elevator.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was in a great location and had easy access to many places within walking distance. The breakfast was outstanding. Carlos and the team were warm and welcoming! The hotel exceeded my expectations!
The staff were very helpful. Gave us a map with a great overview of where we were in Salzbug, and gave us some great recommendations for dinner. Especially recommend Alter Fuchs restaurant not too far away from the Hotel, good authentic Austrian cuisine. There is no laundry at the hotel, but they did offer a laundry service which was great as it saved us time mucking around looking for a laundromat. Also recommend the breakfast here, a lot of choice and good value.
Great location. exellent sercive. delicious breakfast
Front desk and breakfast staff was very professional and courteous. The hotel was centrally located to old town shops, churches and restaurants.
The room was very roomy, but the bathroom was small. For someone over 6 feet, the shower was a challenge.
