Newly renovated Boutique Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in the heart of Salzburg

Staff and location was good

It was double beds only We were 3 with my baby son Expensive for the simple it was Small room

Beautiful hotel and room. The bed was very comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is great, just a short walk to the Mirabell Palace.

Friendly staff and cleanliness of the room

Room was very very small. Had we been travelling with full size suitcases it would have been impossible to set them down and open them. A lot of street noise. Bar and dining room closed, we were told for an indefinite period.

The hospitality of the staff is unrivaled. The location is perfect for "Sound of Music" tour junkies. The café is fresh and delicious. The furniture is beautiful and authentic.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is great and on Thursdays, there's a farmers market outside. We recommend a room on the third or forth level - rooms on the first floor are very noisy as they're right on the street.

This is older hotel with slightly dated accommodations. There is no AC which made it uncomfortable at night.

This is an absolutely beautiful and recently renovated boutique hotel. The service is phenomenal! Very friendly and attentive. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Seriously, this is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed and look forward to staying again.

The staff was incredibly friendly & accommodating. The gentlemen working the front desk went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable, especially when our travel plans changed and we ended up staying an unplanned extra night. The room was quite comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city by foot.

The lighting options in the main room were a little limited, only really bright overhead lights or reading lights, with nothing in between. This could be easily fixed with a floor lamp, but also wasn't that big of a deal.

The room was very nice, comfortable, great hospitality, heating was excellent

Staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, location was walking distance to Mirabell and to Old Town.

Great location from train station and friendly staff.

The room was very small for two people and the shower door rubber insert fell off and flooded the bathroom.

The staff was very welcoming and the hotel was clean and updated. We were able to park our car outside the entrance to unload our luggage.

Wish that they served a full breakfast. Also wish that they had parking. We needed to park in a garage during our stay, which was a 10 minute walk from hotel and ran $60 for two nights.

The location is very good if you want to experience life in Salzburg, not a touristy place. This is a very Austrian hotel that has the old keys, but it does have a lift! The value is great, especially if you want to experience the Christmas Markets and walk to the city center, not far at all. Garage parking is very close and inexpensive because the hotel gives you a discount. There are several very good, local restaurants nearby and they're not overrun by tourists. I've stayed here several times over the years.

Fabulous stay from check-in to check-out. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Walking distance to many places in Salaburg.
