We loved the location! The main building was super adorable with a nice bar and a restaurant and friendly staff.

The fact that they have an over flow building across the street with no lobby or bar or staff was inconvenient. We were there during the Holidays and it was very cold so it was not practical to use the nice bar and the sauna or the restaurant since we had to fully dress in winter clothes to get out of the overflow building , cross the street and get to the main building.I wish we were told that we can not get a room in the main building prior to our arrival..

The spa seemed nice, if a bit small. The AC was powerful. The shower head was nice.

I was put in a tiny room in the back of the hotel. The bathroom was a bit faulty and too small to comfortably use. The shower was a bit icky and I wondered if it was properly cleaned before my arrival. This was a bare bones hotel for a premium price. I'm sure the larger rooms were fine.

Staff was very nice, breakfast was very good. Location was good.

Outdated bedroom and bathroom furniture. It needs modernization. But nothing that burdens the hotel or the stay.

The staff were friendly and polite. The spa was perfect after a long day of walking in the cold.

The breakfast was low in selection. But if you’re not a big breakfast person this may do for you.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the suite was spotless. We stayed in a suite for two nights and appreciated the generous storage space—even though we didn’t end up using it all, it was nice to have. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location right by the main street with shops on this side of the river.

The bathtub has a sliding glass panel next to the sink whose purpose wasn’t very clear. It can slide without realizing it, causing water to spill, which was a bit unfortunate. Also, the room took a long time to warm up—we mainly relied on the bathroom’s electric heater, as the AC didn’t increase the room temperature very quickly. Wi-Fi speed could also be improved.

Smile people everything is clean. The location is fantastic.

This was one of our favorite hotels from our trip. A beautiful boutique hotel right around the corner from a ton of little shops, cafes and restaurants. It was like a ten minute walk to the funicular that takes you to the fortress as well. Don’t sleep on the spa facilities: my partner and I loved using the sauna and steam room both nights. Their on-call Masseuse Christian was great and very affordable. We both really enjoyed that the hotel is dog themed and dog friendly.

The hotel is dog friendly so something to consider if you aren’t. We loved seeing dogs chilling in the lobby however.

We liked the swimming pool , although it is tiny and the sauna , steam room .We like the room but though we were getting a 'full studio ' that we though that we had paid for . Breakfast nice .Quiet road .

We though we were getting like a full 'studio ' each but we had two bedrooms with a shared sitting room in a kind of hallway in between the bedrooms . We were also not in the hotel but across the road from the hotel which we did not like , we wanted to be in the hotel ...especially for walking back and forward to swimming pools etc.,when it was freezing and raining . We had a cracked mug for the tea and had to change it and an empty tissue box in the room and when I asked for a box of tissues at reception I was told 'that we dont normally supply boxes of tissues ' but they would give me one ! I think overall it was very expensive for the standard .

Check in staff and process were wonderful. A very welcoming experience. Breakfast staff and layout were wonderful. A very European start to the day! Cozy, comfortable, inviting, friendly. I'd definitely stay here again! Location was perfect - easy walk to most places for shopping, dining, touring!

The Spa in the hotel was excellent and was exactly i was expecting. The Location of the property was superb 1 minute walk from several restaurants. The staff was very friendly.

The bathrooms in the room were definitely under par considering the rest of the property was so good. To be specific the showers in the hotel room were not that nice. The showers in the spa were so much better.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff were super responsive to my questions before arrival and attentive during our stay. Parking in the Linz garage was super convenient. Breakfast was a good value. We'd stay here again.

Access by car was a bit complicated due to the location on a pedestrian street. The bathroom ventilation did not function properly.
