Atrium Hotel Salzburg

Room was very clean. quiet location.

Room service could be improved. We were there 5 nights and used the same towels during our stay.

Disappointed with this Urban Stay Location. For the price of the hotel did not meet expectations. Need to really work on cleanliness of carpets and fan in room. Also need to update to include air conditioning. Let people know there is is no elevator.

Close to train station, cute place.

Check in was easy. The bed was comfortable. Nicely decorated. Mini fridge was stocked and included with room. Front desk arranged for a taxi to airport early the next morning.

The water closet was separate from the sink and shower. You had to walk across room to go wash hands after using the restroom.

The location is fantastic, the rooms are spacious, and everything is super clean.All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Razman, who kindly assisted us with our luggage during check-out.

The only downside was that the breakfast buffet selection could be improved and made more varied.

Historic hotel unfortunately not renovated in a period style but perfectly fine

Price of $700+ for one night was exorbitant; trains stopped running between Salzburg and Munich and I was forced to spend an extra night in Salzburg….really feel that the price (which is now listing as €150) was a captive audience price; unethical.

Breakfast was excellent and what made it even moreso was the attitude and helpfulness of the staff. They excelled in their customer service, particularly in assuring that our 2 pets" needs were met and reserving the best place for them to be with us.Dieter is a standout in customer service as the Concierge who also asked if all our needs were being met and advised us on the best places to dine. He is deserving of special mention.

Location is really good, bed and pillows are nice, amenities in room are cool and included minibar is excellent touch. Despite everything I would recommend this hotel and will be returning for sure.

Two different Receptionist were on verge of being rude which not something you would expect from 5 star hotel. When we were checking in she told me that Im in luck that she can ACCEPT my wife, my baby of 6 months and me in the room because there is no room for baby crib, I've had that conversation directly on booking and it was stated that baby can stay at no charge but the room cant accommodate a crib which was completely fine with us. I have to state that all the other staff were very welcoming and pleasant.

The hotel was in a very walkable location to a from the train station, Christmas Markets and various landmarks and sights. 20 min was the longest walk we had to any place of interest. The service was top notch, and the room service was also prompt. Overall a solid location, really inviting suites, and the toilets are private. Breakfast was decent. The stay was a little pricey given the hotel amenities, but we were there during Krampuslauf weekend so expected to pay a bit of a premium even booking 6 months out.

The pillows were too flat, almost no support. They have a cool feature with motion sensor night lights for when you get up to use the restroom at night, but they are a bit too sensitive sometimes and can illuminate even if your blanket moves or hand extends beyond the edge of the bed. Minor issue, but it was noticeable.

Stunning hotel, even more beautiful in real life than in pictures. The room was lovely, location great and the staff were so kind and accommodating.

The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable but we didn’t mind as the rest of the experience was so great.

There was no gym at the hotel. They offered a gym entry couple of kms away. Otherwise everything else including breakfast, room comfort was great. Size of the room was also good.

From the moment you arrive to the Hyperion you are made to feel #1 from the porter to the receptionist to the concierge and in the morning from the servers to the chef. It is honestly the happiest group of people you want to see first thing in the morning and last thing at night as you go to your room. The breakfast is wonderful and cooked to order and the dinner chef is amazing. He's created some new dishes which are just wonderful: the pumpkin strudel is so refreshingly yummy!

Only thing is there could be cold water in the mini fridge.

We spent 3 nights here and had a fantastic stay. We were pleasantly surprised when were upgraded to a nicer room. Such a beautiful and comfortable room! The tub was heavenly! The free minibar and coffee machine in the room was a great touch. The breakfast was amazing! The location is fantastic. So close to Mirabell Palace and old town is just across the river. A special hotel and a luxurious experience!

Location, ambience, room size, comforting, the food and room service dining experience.

The cleaning, housekeeping don’t clean the room very well for 2 days and they left my coffee cup unwashed, also the hairdryer bag was so dusty. And that was a disappointment from a 5- stars hotel.

The modern amenities in the room are fantastic. Free mini bar stocked with soda, beer, juice, water is a big plus. Nespresso machine in the room. Super comfortable bed.

Best hotel we stayed at in Europe!! Oh my..the wonderful staff & the BEST CONCIERGE!!! Will be back to Salzburg because of our wonderful stay here..great location & wonderful breakfast!! Can’t say enough about this Hotel
