Staff is so lovely, location is perfect, breakfast is the best I’ve ever tried, thanks to the cheff Nadia.

Room is a little bit small for a family room.

Staff very friendly We got welcome drinks and 2 pm desserts Great breakfast! Location very good. Convenient.

The hotel is very centrally located, clean, very comfortable large bed and great water pressure in the shower. The staff was super nice and helpful. They also share a large spread for breakfast (even gluten free options for bread). Highly recommend, will be back.

Nothing, it was perfect

Everything, the lobby/bar, the bed was so comfy, the breakfast was great. But mostly it was the staff, so nice and helpful and always with a smile.

The sink in the bathroom couldve been Abit bigger ?

The room was nice as well as the breakfast buffet.

The staff was not the greatest. I asked for the front desk to take some garbage for us and he was visually upset.

Sitting area in the room was a waste of space. Not worth the money extra money.

This hotel was one of our all time favorites. The family suite was perfect for 3 people! The room was clean and well organized with a great bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic and the location was excellent.

Beyond the front doors lies a gem and I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff welcomed us with complimentary drinks and then took us to our rooms. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet and the bathrooms are well equipped. Breakfast was included which was lovely and when we checked out they gave us some biscuits which we enjoyed on the train to our next location. Every staff member we dealt with was delightful.

Large, comfortable room very close to the old town, major attractions and shopping. Beautiful contemporary decor, lived up to the « Designhotel » label. Excellent breakfast.

Just one suggestion for improvement - our room was quite warm, with no way to control the temperature. We had to keep the windows open.

Fantastic location. Hotel was great. Big room, large shower and wonderful staff. Super quiet and very relaxing.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff.

I only have one complaint. We stayed there 3 nights and paid $1300 usd and never had maid service to replace the towels. We had to turn in our dirty towels and get new ones. The maids start at the top floor every day, and worked their way down to our floor about 3 or 4 pm, right after we would return after a full day of touring the city. It would be better if every other day, they would start on the bottom floor and work their way up, that way they could have cleaned our room in the morning, when we were out seeing the sights of the city.

Everything was perfect! Perfect location, all the staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating, the room was spacious, and had a great view of old town from the balcony. I want to thank Vivienne and the staff for making such a great experience!! We will certainly stay here again!!

Highly recommend this hotel for those visiting Salzburg! The location is excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They greeted us with a complimentary drink, provided fresh (free) baked treats in the afternoon and were willing to store our luggage our last day. They gave great site seeing advice and city tickets. The breakfast buffet that was included was phenomenal!!

Great location, breakfast was very good, staff was very friendly & helpful and with cookies and a departure treat, we felt very welcomed.

Nice design overall. Nice room layout. They turn the heat off in August so it was warm at night.
