Passable

Any room facing the street is unbearable, the windows stand no chance and the noise is constant, even during 00-05 AM.I'd recommend any room not facing the street or let the hotel boost the windows with noise canceling material.

Never stayed there. We were double booked in both Vienna and Salzburg. Booking dot com is not configured to tell you when a mistake like that happens. But they do tell you that mistake is non- refundable !

Close to the river and Mirabellplatz. The breakfast was good.

On a busy street in a less attractive neighborhood. The bathroom was quite small.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to public transport. Good breakfast, all basic food. Train station in walking distance.

Check out 10 am. Check in 3 pm. Rooms needs renovation. It woul'd be nice if they had a kettle.

OK location, pleasant staff.

The staff was very kind and responsive. They also respond to your specific requests if any. It was very clean. The bed was comfy. The location was also good with good public bus connections to go whereever from your staying point.

Only the breakfast could be more rich, but since is the 3 stars hotel it meets expectations.

Room was clean and warm. Linen and towels were clean and lots of hot water. Hotel is well positioned with frequent buses very close by and using the Salzburg Guest Mobility ticket all public transport was free.

Our room faced the main road which was busy and noisy early in the morning.

The building has that old charm of the old Austrian empire. It combines old funiture with modern one. Rooms are solid copacity for the price. Bathroom was very spacious. Nice terace and view on the streets.

The beds were really comfy and the room as well as showers were really spacious. Breakfast was great.

The surface of the parking lot was a bit uneven and the ramp scrathed the bottom of our other car. No biggie though.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. On-site parking. Cleanliness of the property.

Old style hotel, with lovely room fittings. Also close to public transport and easy access to everywhere.

Street noise in the room above the street stopped me from being able to open the window at night. It was quite hot.

Bar and grill is great, open late till 11

great location, old town center by foot like 30 mins slow walking, by bus much faster

bed/mattress are rather low end, but okay for 2 nightspillow is way to huge to my liking, maybe ok, if someone want to sit and watch tv for hoursbreakfast is ok, in case you are not expecting omlett or anything freshly made, so it's mostly cold dishes

Front desk was helpful but unnecessarily asked me to checkin b4 6pm, while they were there till 8 pm. Gave good directions.

Despite hotel being secure with card access, I was woken up on both nights when someone tried to open the room in the middle of night/ early morning. It was scary. Front desk assured me no one can open, other than me. But I felt insecure. Second day heavy noise from people at 2:30am is not exactly what u want to hear.

The location was ok, fairly close to sites. Breakfast was fine (I would have liked more choices of eggs than just hard-boiled, for the price). The bread was wonderful, fresh (still warm) and delicious! I ended up cheating (very rare) on my low-carb diet and it was worth it.The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious.

The neighbourhood (which can’t be changed. It was fine, but not great). The price was quite high and made me expect more. Nothing to complain about. The staff was helpful.
