Hotel Genta

We had a great 2 nights here. The location is great as there is a bus stop across the road to get into the old town, train station etc. And the transport is super quick and easy to use. Included in the tourist tax you get a transport ticket which the team at Genta organized for us. There is a little bakery next door which was perfect for a quick breakfast. We work online and this hotel had great Wi-Fi for our work calls. The room was clean and everything was set up nicely for us. Overall we would stay here again.

Excellent quality and value. Very comfortable beds. The family apartment was excellent value.

Only downside is it is a bit further from old town. Having said that, though, the bus service was easy and quick.

It was terrible

Everything. No receptionist, the main entrance is never closed, it makes us feel unsafe. The AC was broken for the first day and night during a hot summer day

Clean. Very nice hard working staff. Convince with transport.

Very good price to quality ratio, basic rooms to stay and sleep, but close to the city center and without problems

Beds don't accommodate tall people

A small room, but very clean, you feel good, very close to the highway, if you are in transit, or for being close to Salzburg. I forgot my laptop there and the staff was very helpful to keep it till I come back. Thank you very much one more time.

Very clean with a good location and parking option.Near the parking there is small place with a table for eating outside or smoking.

Unfortunately no elevator and no balcony. There is a bit of sound of the rails nearby but was not annoying for us.

Wonderful place to stay in Salzburg! Very clean, quiet, has AC, good price, and there’s even a bakery in the building. Though it’s a tad outside of the main Salzburg area, there’s a bus stop right outside, so transit to the main area is easy.

Hotel was close to a highway, very clean and staff was very pleasant.

Tiny room for 3 people - for one night it was ok but cannot imagine staying there for longer.

Clean and comfortable, hotel Genta is close to transport.

It would be improved with bedside lamps.

Comfortable room, perfect for my needs, not a lot of space around the bed but I did not really need any. Got a piece of chocolate as well :)

Very clean quiet comfortable. Small hotel, cozy comfortable rooms.

Location is in a commercial area. No lobby area to wait for a ride.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Freshly renovated. Accommodated my bicycle safely.

A bit too far from the centre.of the city.

The hotel has the perfect location, the bus station is literally in front of it and the bus goes to the center. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean and shiny. The parking is enough for everyone and it's very safe the rooms look at it.And of course I can't forget about the staff, they are very friendly and they even got out of their way to help us.

A mini fridge would make this room perfect everything else is there.

Close to a bus stop, very good bed linen and pillows

We had an airconditioner / AC in our room but we couldn’t turn it on, we called the reception to tell them that our room was very hot and that we were looking for the AC remote, she was rude and did not care, did not even bother to help, she just said it doesn’t work and sounded so annoyed that we even asked. Room was VERY hot, and if we open the windows, the outside street is very noisy as well. No in room amenities. Staff never in reception area, you have to call them for everything.

The hostess was particularly friendly and welcoming.

The room was small, and the accommodations somewhat simplistic. However, I was not expecting anything fancy: they are very up front about what they are offering.

Loud sound from the street! No sound proof doors or walls! Luckily it reduces a bit between 12am & 5am!

It was a nice stay there , kind and cooperative staff, very good location with very nice mountain view from balcony

The staff was friendly and made us feel comfortable.

It was very noisy from the road and the train station. Street light was very bright. The darkening curtain wasn't installed until the second night.The room was missing toiletries(toilet paper, trashcan, only 1 towel, no floor mat). I know it was new but it should have not been opened until it was completed. The bathroom was still dirty from the construction. Showers are pretty small.

Had problems with them getting to order me a taxi for the train station
