Location was great.Sleeping area was well organized. Design was nice.

Bathroom was very small and hard to operate due to its size...Felt a little "Cold" to have all done digitally, with no reception desk at all. Completeing Checking out digitally was not clear and we repeated it several times to make sure we are out.

Great location- 5-10mins walk from the centre of town and at the same time very quiet. Room was beautiful and well equipped. Check-in was very easy.

Unfortunately specified that we required anti-allergy bedding (my partner is highly allergic to feather/down) and this was not fulfilled until the day after check-in despite communication with the hotel.

Room was clean, cosy and nicely done with everything you need for a city stay. Check in process was easy and luggage storage lockers useful although do get full quickly I think they could do with having more.

Someone opened the door to our room in the morning before check-out time and without knocking. Not what you want at all in a hotel and luckily we were checking out later that morning as we felt uneasy after this there is no way to double lock the door from the inside.

Nice style, good location, good price

I have a big problem with booking.com letting me reserve and pay for this room without warning me about the check-in process I was forced to go through after already having paid. That's no way to do business. The check-in process is dystopian. Full of errors, had to scan all our id's in front of a webcam, they were rejected several times even though they were the originals, and verification codes weren't being sent over sms so I couldn't continue. The room was not clean enough. Hairs in several places (bathroom, shower, and on the bed).

- Only 2 pillows (that were very soft) for a double bed- No reception area/real person to speak to for support

Bathroom and toilet not close to each other.

The room was comfortable and quiet. I didn't hear my neighbours. It was a single room with a single bed, although the bed felt bigger than a normal single.

The only very minor thing I didn't like was that I felt there was quite some cool air coming through both the bedroom and bathroom windows from outside. The head of the bed was at the window. However, the curtains helped keep the draught away.

Room was lovely, decent size, had what we needed. The shower was really good, decent power shower. It was well located and the lockers on site were very helpful for our first day when we arrived before check in time we could securely stow our bags for a few hours.

We visited in November and one of the nights in the middle of the night it was suddenly SO HOT and we couldn’t figure out the heating system (we hadn’t touched it at all) so that wasn’t ideal - that’s the only reason I’ve deducted a point from 10/10. Also as it’s not a traditional hotel/apartments there’s no reception you can call to help you with issues like this

It is perfectly situated close to the center but closer to the bus and the train terminals. Absolutely everythinf of interest is only a few min walking. You can watch the street in the morning while sipping coffee in bed. They had prepared a cot for my 3 years old and he beautifully repurposed it into his indoor playground.

This is a miss on my part. Apparently there is a whole facility with laundry service and ironing board. If I only knew that, I would not have worried about oversized luggage on the way back and would have brought lighter luggage.

Needed more pillows

Good location, relatively clean, complimentary water, tea and coffee. Altghough there is no reception, the whatsapp chat was great. Extra tea, coffee and towels were given for free. Good heating. Kettle and heater in the room. I definitely reccommend this accomodation.

We did not find luggage space when we arrived and we had to wait till 3pm to enter our room. I would suggest to either provide more luggage space or allow guests to enter room before 3pm as I am sure that the room was ready when we arrived...there was no one cleaning it. Also, guests should be allowed to book breakfast for a day and not necessarily for the whole stay.

Checking in, I didn’t receive the email with the check in code, so spent a couple of hours whatsapping back and forth sorting it out, but they were helpful, and it was sorted although would have been easier if they just re sent the email with the code like I asked straight away!

Self check in, it was pretty convenient and really there is no counter or reception for you to reach out to. But overall it’s quite easy and no hassle for us to get to our room.

Not that its a big negative but with the online check in we didn't meet any staff whatsoever..but there were staff around if you had any problems..

Clean,modern,comfortable and beautiful. Although this hotel is not manned there is always someone available via message and they are quick to answer.
