Motion sensor lighting that we could not turn off. Lots of lights when people moved around at night

Not much here to like. The front desk was pleasant and attempted to be as accommodating as possible under the quite dreadful circumstances. Convenient local bus stop quite closeby.

Breakfast was OK. The A/C failed to work. We were switched to THREE different rooms, without improvement. The hotel is still under construction. (Think dust, and inadequate infrastructure.) We learned the morning after that there was a significant water leak from the bathroom of the room above into one of the rooms to which we were assigned (but very thankfully left). There are motion controlled lights in the room which are IMpossible to deactivate. Meaning that when someone rises during the night, it is not possible to do so without likely disturbing all the other guests in the room. The empty liquor bottle in the stairway remained there throughout our stay. And there were empty soda bottles on the elevator floors. Finally, the refrigerator in our last room also did not work. All in all a hotel to definitely avoid!

The size of the room and cleanliness of the hotel.The free car parking under hotel was great.

Was a hot night and there was no air conditioning or fans.There was no eggs or bacon, or any hot food for breakfast.

Friendly staff, free parking, closeness to Salzach, shopping arena. Room was very clean and quiet.

The staff were so friendly and accomodating and even found us a kettle for a cuppa too, so nice. Car park was excellent and free and secure. Bus was so easy to catch every 10mins into the centre and almost outside of the hotel. 4.75euros for an unlimited 24hr trip in and out of Salzburg for the Christmas markets

We were pleasantly surprised to get a large apartment-style suite. The room was very spacious. We only needed to stay one night so it met our needs.

Very limited toiletries, the hotel had very few lights on in the hallways so was quiet dark in places. The location is quite far out from the main city but was easily accessible by bus.

Hotel was close to Hellbrun Palace. We had a nice big room

Everything was good apart from we found pillows too flat in the bed so didn't get a good night's sleep

Large rooms, comfortable beds

Common areas had a bad smell. Did seem to be a frequently stayed at hotel. There was nearly no other travelers around, or so it seemed.

Breakfast is excellent, staff is very helpful. Car park is free.

The room is outdated even it is big but sofa and beds are are old.

The room was large with a separate sitting area and the bathroom was nicely equipped and rather large as well.

Good location: although 20 min from the centre, it’s in a main road with a bus stop just in front. There also some shops nearby and a restaurant. Lobby is airy and the room was comfortable.

Price of the breakfast is 20 €, very expensive. I needed to have breakfast there before checkout and it was decent, but certainly not worth the money. I paid less in Vienna.

A fantastically located hotel in Salzburg. One of the main reasons we chose this location was the free parking since we were driving. The city center can be reached in roughly ten minutes via the bus stop that is directly outside. The room exceeded what was shown in the pictures. We had a separate bedroom, a large bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. It also included a balcony overlooking the mountains. Given that we had to depart early in the morning, the 24-hour reception was excellent. By informing the staff a few days in advance, we even managed to get an earlier check-in. Comfortable stay; I would definitely stay here again if I returned to this city.

No AC and noisy street so we couldn't sleep with the window open either.Dark hallways, could not even read the numbers on the doors. Very small bathroom, bath tub didn't drain so you were showering with ankles deep in the water.From all the hotels I stayed at in a week long trip, this was the worst one by far.

Booked a twin room and got a duplex apartment with balcony ? Near Glinkyplatz bus stop, convenient for the city centre, and walking distance to the Hellbrunn parkrun and Hellbrunn Palace and Trick Fountains

Road (main) a bit noisy

Lovely hotel for what we wanted.

The sofa was old and dirty with a horrid old smell, when we opened it because the tele was in the lounge, crisps and rubish fell out.
