Not just a standardized hotel and the garden breakfast location was great. Close to bus lines.

Not a lot of restaurants within easy walking distance and about a mile from old town.

Location was across the river from the old city and a 4 minute walk from the busline. Room was comfortable. Buffet breakfast had a good choice.

The gentleman at check in was amazing. I hope the woman at check out was just having a bad day...grouchy.

Nice room for a decent price close to the Altstadt in Salzburg. Having a lift is always a plus. Free bus passes were appreciated.

Parking was a bit pricy given the location.

Quiet, and mostly occupied by German speaking travelers. Felt like I had discovered a little secret place. Breakfast is great compared to other places I stayed on my trip.Room was well equipped and the staff were very helpful. Grocery store just a couple blocks down, and access to public transit similarly close.

Location is offset from restaurants and the old town. Not a significant issue for me, but might matter to others. I had the impression most others staying there had a vehicle.

Nothing to dislike

Helpful directions were provided. The facility has interesting, historic decor, as well as a bright and clean breakfast room. The breakfast was very good.

The decor in the room was somewhat dark. The shower stall leaked, but the extra towels provided, helped in dealing with the water on the floor.

I wanted a good sleep but at 7 in the morning there was so much noise in the room above me, as if it was being cleaned. My room was next to the laundry area and it was already in action so early in the morning! So inconsiderate... I was really so disappointed. More than 70€ a night wasn't worth it, money wasted.

Great location for city centre and lovely accommodation. Stayed for 2 nights.

No tea and coffee in the room but free tea and coffee available from a central point which for us was located just next door so that was fine. It appears standard for Germany and Austria in hotels that tea and coffee isn't in the room in like UK

Modern furnished, very clean, friendly staff. We had no issue at all. We enjoyed our stay, very spacious room. Definitely recommended.

Nice 3 star hotel at a great location (15 min walk centre). Rooms are new, the matras and bathroom are good. You can have free coffee and tea and they have a patio to sit outside. I was very happy there was parking, but better to reserve because those spots are limited. Supermarkets around the corner.

Rooms are very modern style so not really cozy. Breakfast we did not do so can't judge. No tea /coffee in room.

The reception staff was very friendly. The well-sized room with a large balcony (a luxury!) on the upper floor was tastefully done, clean and comfortable. What I liked additionally was the fact that the big bathroom offered enough hooks and space to put down toiletries next to the sink - unusually well designed! Not to mention the lift to the third floor! Regarding the location of the hotel, it is within a 20 min. walk both from the central station of Salzburg and to the old centre. But the city nowadays offers a free ride on their city buses during your stay.

The breakfast, charged with an extra €21, seemed a bit expensive to me. I took it once in the hotel and once outside. If I had stayed longer than 2 nights, I would have liked more clothes hangers ;-).

Loved the location! It was a quiet street near public transportation. The reservation came with a bus pass, an added bonus. The room was comfortable with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was good. I especially loved the coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely sitting room off the dining room-a good place to read a book with a cup of tea.

I have nothing bad to say. I wish we could have stayed longer. Salzburg is a wonder City!

modern, clean rooms, good location

The location is great and within walking distance to downtown and the tour buses. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing.

You have to pay for parking and there are not many spots available around the building, we were fortunate to get one last spot.

The location of the hotel is very good. It's within walking distance of the old town, the supermarket is around the corner, and a short distance to buses to the train station. The staff are helpful.

The room and bathroom are kind of small. There's no hotpot nor fridge in the room.

Our room was comfortable, but I would have liked to have 2 pillows each. The breakfast was good and parking was right out in front of the hotel with our name on our spot! They let us stay parked after we checked out so we could tour Salzburg and the surrounding area. There is also a great beer garden a couple of minutes walk that had great food, beer and wine.

We were given a balcony which was nice to enjoy the fresh air. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Lovely room, quiet and very helpful staff at the front desk. We particularly appreciated being provided with a free bus pass for the entirety of our stay.

I think because it's an older building it wasn't very soundproof, so we heard the other guests coming in and out sometimes.
