Everything, Location is totally bad and taxis bloking the main intrance and is alwayse crowed and noisy. The area is bad ( looks like back door of the city), not clean and full of homeless. I saw homeless inside the car parking: eating, sleeping and drinking! No one will help with your laggage, you will take them to room by yourself. The hotel quality is 2-3 starts, its nothing like 4 m at all. So be caucious if you considering this hotel.

Perfect location - at the train station and a few steps across to the bus into old town. Room was clean, good size with lots of storage spaces. Bathroom was also sufficient. I was happy to see a full length mirror, too! It was nice to have the free bottled water in the room (and the Mozartkugel!). I opted for the breakfast, which had a huge variety of food. Staff was very helpful and nice, and it was super good they had the luggage storage.

It would be nice to have hooks on the back of the bathroom door.

We had been traveling for hours and to arrive by train walk out and see our hotel was amazing . I feel locations is top priority when traveling to a new country everything was right on our doorstep . We had taxi available 24/7 buses and train and not to say but restraint and shopping as well perfect

Clean and well located

Only one kind of pillow, was too low for me. Breakfast could be better. No toasting, no fried eggs.

No in room entertainment options for english speakers. In this day and age how hard is it to make netflix available?

The hotel is located literally right outside the central train station, you can’t ask for a more convenient location! Despite being so close to the station, the room is surprisingly quiet, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. All the staff, from reception to housekeeping, are polite and helpful.

The only downside is that the breakfast is too expensive for what you get.

AC wasn't working well, but the staff did their best to help us and provided fans in the end.

Very convenient location next to train station. Walking distance to many restaurants and sights. Room was clean comfortable and modern. Had a decent gym overlooking the plaza.

Room was on the small side and room temperature a bit warm and stuffy for us. No firm pillow options. Was noisy when window is open.

A number of homeless right outside the door. Breakfast was way overpriced at 25 euro each. It was basic. The pillows need replaced they go totally flat.

Air condition was very poor in all rooms. Strong smoking smell in rooms which are nonsmoking rooms.

This hotel is easy to find and right next to the entrance to the train station. It was an easy walk to the meet up point for the Sound of Music Tour..

The bed should change to better quality

Steps away from salz Hbf. Area near the train station is clean and nice. There are a few locals hanging out at night in front of the station but they are quiet. Take the 1 bus for 10minutes to get to old quarter. Perfect spot to be if you plan to go to Hallstatt by transit as the buses leave from here as well. You will have to pay city tax but that comes with guest mobility pass for your entire stay so make sure to ask for the print out at the front desk when you arrive. You will not have to buy any public transit tickets including the 150 to Hallstatt (stopping in bad ischl). You only have to pay for any OBB trains. Rooms were very clean. Showers have a rain shower. Front desk staff is available 24/7 and very helpful with planning your stay.

The hotel was right next to the railroad station, which was super convenient.The front desk girl was very chatty and personable. Our room was surprisingly spacious with places to sit and open the luggage. The breakfast was amazing. Very good. All in all, we were very pleased.
