Everything. The reception desk staff were very helpful and friendly. They allowed me to store my luggage overnight while I took an overnight trip to Hallstatt, free of charge. Absolutely enjoyable experience staying there.

At first, the front desk staff refused to allow me to view the room before check-in, which was quite strange. Due to time constraints, I accepted the room, but it turned out to be very small and uncomfortable.Luckily ?, there was an issue with the charging power on the entire sixth floor, so my room was changed to the seventh floor. The new room was much nicer and more spacious, which significantly improved my stay.The breakfast was good and varied, and the restaurant on the upper floor is excellent in terms of atmosphere and view.Special thanks to Tuana at the reception for her support and professionalism.

Room and rooftop view were really good. The breakfast was diverse and delicious.

- The room was not clean at all. We found hair and dust most of the places. - The stuff at the front desk was not friendly. They seemed like they do not want to work there or engage with customers. - We spent two nights at the bar. Margaritas were not tasty. The last night they were run out of salt and we asked why the drink did not contain salt, the stuff got agressive. - The sauna was ok. But they were not renewing towels and water at the room. So there was not any item when we went there around 8pm.

The location of hotel was good and property was clean. The breakfast room has a fantastic view of the surrounding city and the service was good.

There was a lack of towels in the room. When we asked the front desk they only have large towels and no hand towels.

location is good, right next to the train station. bathroom was clean, even though soap/amenities were bad.

sheets are incredibly thin. room is weirdly shaped and could have used more furniture. no travel adaptors, extra towels had to be picked up at the front desk, quite pricey for what it is.

The view from the room was amazing. The studios are comfortable and well designed to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids

The room was very hot even when you turned the heating to cool. The wifi was slow and they also need to update the TV.

The staff is quite rude and not helpful at all. Shame on this kind of boutique hotel chain. The Shower didn’t have doors so water sprays everywhere.

In the family room the shower is transparent and that is problematic. We managed. The location is a bit far from the city center, about 20 minutes walk

The Extended Studio on upper floors is reeeally amazing! Amazing views and comfort, beautiful interior, highly recommend for views lovers! Hotel breakfast was good for vegan eaters and had a good selection of vegan spreads, soy yogurt and plant milks, and that is highly appreciated!

The front staff at the reception was really unfriendly, not welcoming, cold, did not smile once and acted like guests are a huge annoyance to them. Really not sure how can hotel Reception staff be so unfriendly to the guests? :( In the room, it would be nice to have a water boiler.

Overall not worth the price. Rooms are quite small. No coffee maker in room and not enough towels. Not a fresh or new look. Rude staff. Overall would say fair rate is half what we paid.

The view in the room at a higher level is amazing, and the minibar is totally free which is great also, with excellent location it's just take 3 minutes walk to the Salzburg hbf.

The design of the bathroom is kind of lacking in privacy, only separated by a thin layer of curtain, and the water would splash outside cause it has no door.

Staying at the Arte Hotel:The rooms are nice, with an open-concept shower design. Beds are comfortable. Another guest mentioned that the minibar is complimentary, so enjoy that perk.Breakfast, offers a good selection and is a nice way to start the day.

On the downside, service and communication are quite weak. For a hotel that caters to many tourists, the staff should be more knowledgeable and better equipped to communicate with international guests.* Fruit bowls need some variety!!!

Close and convenient to everything (train station, town square). Place was clean.

We had booked a room for four people and the room had a queen bed, twin bed and pull out sofa. We didn’t have bedding for the fourth person and when we asked the front desk they told us housekeeping had left and we could get something tomorrow (we stayed one night). Luckily, the other receptionist did get us bedding and towels for the fourth person for the night. But knowing we had four people, the hotel room really wasn’t set up for four

The reception was not welcoming at all. Staff looked gloomy and never smiled, as if you were entering their private home rather than a hotel. The check-in process was careless — they didn’t verify my ID properly at first and even checked me into one wrong room by mistake. The toilet tissue with dusty spots on it or possibly dried water stains
