Owner/manager was extremely helpful. Suggested a local place for dinner. EXCELLENT!!!!

No A/C would had been fine if there was a fan in the room.

Excellent location and service. Special shout out to Thomas. My girlfriend left her backpack on the city bus. Thomas called, located the backpack and even went to the bus depot to pick it up for us. Service above and beyond. Thank you Thomas.

We had a really good stay. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was large enough. Breakfast is excellent with a good amount of variety. Location is good. A short walk to central area and some hiking trails.

Everything about this property was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The place was exceptionally clean and the staff were kind and attentive. The location was perfect - about a 15 min walk to the Linzergasse and the Getreidegasse. Parking was reasonably priced (10€ night) and right on the premises. The breakfast was perfect - lots of choices and the breakfast room staff replenished things quickly. I felt that this place was great value for our money especially so close to downtown. When we come to Salzburg again we are definitely staying here.

I really loved the room, it was spacious and it was great for staying with my boyfriend and our friend. The staff was amazing, super helpful also gave us a transportation card which was a life saver, they also took the time to explain everything from transportation, to nearby attractions... The hotel's is situated in an amazing location quiet but still very accessible from the center. All in all it was just a wonderful stay.

Very nice facility, nice staff. They provided good suggestions for taking advantage of the local visitor pass, which includes free access to public transportation. Good-sized room with nice private bathroom/shower. I liked the dog statues in lobby and on stairs

They weren't quite as close to downtown as I might like, but they were close to fairly frequent bus routes. Breakfast was an extra charge, so I didn't try it. There isn't much nearby in terms of restaurants except one Indian restaurant. OK, but not everyone's taste or what they want to eat in Austria.

Its very clean and.orgenise, the stuff allways took care that nothing missing , so.estetic , breakfast was big, beautifull and enjoying variety of foods.

The staff were brilliant, always willing to assist. The breakfast was excellent and worth the added expense. I enjoyed to location easy walking distance to all major attractions. I highly recommend.

Easy to access, perfect when travelling by car. Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms.

The location is not perfect, as you still need to walk 10-15mins to town or take a bus.

It was well located, hotel is clean and comfortable. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. It has a very beautiful garden.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff.I also liked "Adult Only" concept. Makes things simple instead of seeing kids running around in hallways and breakfast areas

There are no elevators. All rooms on first floor. If you have heavy bags, you have to carry them on stairs. Keep that into consideration

The entryway and lobby were very cool. There was a bar and a restaurant, however we did not use it.

The room was beat up and needed some maintenance touch-up in it. Stains on bedding, window treatments and wall, chips and scrapes primarily.

Clean and quiet close to everything Friendly staff

The staffs are all friendly. Breakfast is perfect. The location is very nice. Restaurants are everywhere in the vicinity. Carat Boutique Hotel is near to the subway station and other means of transportation, just ten minutes walk to St. Stephen's cathedral as well as to the Synagogue. About 15 tp 20 minutes walk to the Danube river. There is a safe underground parking area. W e will definitely come back to this hotel.

Great location, friendly, clean, went out of their way to make us feel good during our stay

Very spacious room. Bathroom looks like new, maybe recently renovated. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is about a 20 min walk to the center, but due to this, the location is very quiet and the price is acceptable. There is a supermarket right in the corner and several good restaurants nearby.

Kettle and tea in the room could be a pleasant bonus.
