Drexel´s Parkhotel

Nice hotel, older but very clean and comfortable. Excellent location just off the main square, walking distance to train station but a taxi was needed to get to the airport. Breakfast was excellent.

Nothing, all was good.

It was clean, comfortable, and located in the city center. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Despite the possibility to bring your pets (which is great for dog owners) the hotel was very clean, quiet and did not smell of fur.

A bit of noise at night but nothing that couldn’t be silenced by closing the window. No property parking but available parking for max 9€ per day very near by

Very nice hotel directly in the city center. There is the public gcity garage right behind to leave your car, good price.Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Shower head in our room was a bit broken.

Great location. Great staff. Amazing breakfast for only 10 euro.

The location was awesome, close walk to restaurants, shops, bakeries. They welcomed my dog. It was extremely quiet. Clean. Breakfast was good. Parking easy and very short walk to parking garage.

Lovely room. Comfy bed, great shower and water pressure, very clean. Front desk staff were professional and helpful. Lift was helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Parking easy and close. Lovely neighborhood. Lovely dinner at pub within a couple blocks.

Fan would have been an excellent addition for cooling and sleeping.

The room was nice and clean, breakfast was just right, location excellent. Above all, the staff seem to have found a perfect balance between being naturally kind and professional.

Great location. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

Small room.

Very quiet, nice room, comfortable matress, very friendly staff.

The hotel doesn't meet the expected 4-stars conditions. The furniture is old. The desk contained an empty part where perhaps a fridge was supposed to stay. No air conditioning. The reception area is poorly equipped. The guests get only a glass of water for free. There are two pianos at the lobby but both do not work. We got a ceiling room that was hot and not connected to the lift. In the best case, this is a 3-star hotel. The bathroom was good and the staff tried their best under the circumstances.

Very helpful staff at the reception desk. We hadn't ordered breakfast but luckily changed our minds as it was excellent. Clean and the location is perfect right in the heart of the town.

Welcoming. Great breakfast - without gluten/lactose. Warm room. Fabulous shower. For me the beds were super comfy but for my husband a little too soft for his back. Helpful staff.

The location was perfect - walking distance to the entire town. The room wasn’t modern but was very clean and comfortable with amazingly strong pressure and hot hot water in the shower which gives you great relaxation after a day of exploring the area.

The room was a bit small with no power outlets comfortable for charging multiple devices, and the Wi-Fi wast working properly.

The location, the staff and the breakfast.

It was cold in the room.

Location

We arrived after 10pm at New Years Eve,nowhere to eat,no festivities, only some fireworks.

Location is perfect as is in the centre and next to parking. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was average, but as alternative there are bakeries near by.

Very nice location and extremely convenient for the Christmas market and the town centre.

The room size is relatively small. Also breakfast options are a bit limited. We were also overcharged for breakfast and it took reception staff time to react to this.

A very clean hotel with friendly staff. Excellent location.

Breakfast was really good with plenty of choices.Good coffee, fresh products, fruit and juice.Location is great, near central square and walking distance from the station. My room and the bathroom were big enough, well organised and clean.Staff was friendly and professional.

mattress was not comfortable, too soft, not proper support.

I travel several times up and down from Greece to Holland. Sometimes on my own sometimes with my two Labradors. This is a perfect place to stop very close to the city. Good parking close by and a lot of green as well close by for my dogs.

The rate per dog of 10 euro per night is 20 euro for two dogs. This is the highest extra amount asked for my two dogs.
