Good location, clean room, comfortable beds

The hotel is located in the center of Memmingen and in walking distance from the train station. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Good location, close to train station. Room size also was good

Access to the hotel was somewhat challenging. To use the elevator from outside and bring luggage to the second floor, it is necessary to first enter the building, go to the first floor, and then take the elevator down to the ground floor, which was not very convenient. Additionally, the reception is closed from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.We also requested a taxi for an early-morning airport transfer. The staff assured us that it had been arranged; however, after waiting 10–15 minutes in the morning, it became clear that the taxi was not coming, and we had to arrange our own transportation.

The hotel itself is beautiful and atmospheric, the room was clean and comfortable, staff was helpful.

The room is very spacious and even the size of the bathroom is quite good.They do clean the room every day and it is spotless, very very cleanThe breakfast is good as well for the price you pay.The location is very good, only four minutes walk to the train station on a flat road.

The only drawback is that when we arrived at 10.45pm we had to climb up two flight of stairs with our luggages since there is no lift

We arrived at the accommodation late in the evening and left immediately in the morning. The hotel is good, the room was clean. We especially liked the proximity to the train station.

Breakfast choices were limited no items

- great location, close to the city centre and to the train station- very friendly and helpful staff- diverse and tasty continental breakfast with local baked goods- clean room

- the room lock was a little bit confusing- one night the heater was not working so we used the heating option of the air conditioning, but during the night the heater turned back on and it got unbearably hot

Memmingen is a wonderful place and this hotel reflects the happy spirit that is found throughout the town. Our evening check-in was fast, proficient and friendly. We asked for a kettle and we were gladly given the kettle, cups, spoons, sugar and creamer. We found the breakfast to be very good. I was happy they had hard boiled eggs. The bed was comfortable and our room had lots of storage. The shower had plenty of hot water and a towel warmer that worked! I love that the elevator could be entered and exited from the outside of the building.

Great hotel. Possibly an addition of a mini fridge and safe.

Very central and modern eventhough it was in an old house.

Missed some amenities like sewing kit or shoe cleaning set.

Great beds and linens. Amazing location and perfect for sleepover when flying out of Memmingen. Loved it!

Breakfast was basic, they need to add more options to make this a high quality option.

We stayed for just one night and were very satisfied. The hotel is quiet, very clean, and in an excellent location. I would definitely recommend it

Fantastic location, make sure to do the Memmingen walking tour (from the city’s brochure), near shopping districts. Clean room. We opted for local bakeries instead of the breakfast at additional cost

Comfortable central hotel with polite staff and decent value for money. We ate at their Brauhaus a little way away and this was good also

We were cycling and we needed to take our bike almost 1 km to a garage. The staff were very rude about this.

Perfect, comfortable bed, amazing location, wonderful breakfast. If only there was coffee in the rooms .....

The reception staff were very friendly. The hotel is very neat and clean. We had to request extra pillows as the ones in the room were very soft but the staff had no problem in helping us with our requests. We will stay there again

The hotel is centrally situated and close to all amenities. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the ensuite had a spacious shower cubicle. Good breakfast and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The lift to the floors can only be accessed from the outside, otherwise one has to deal with the internal stairs. No safety deposit box in our room and not even one drawer is included in the furniture, and the quilt was too thick.
