Good location, clean rooms, comfortable bed

Location!! The local fair was going on during our stay..lots of people and vendors outside the hotel, but inside it was perfectly quiet!! We would stay here again!!

Very helpful staff in a nice setting. The breakfast was a great value and high quality. The mattresses were very comfortable and the AC worked nice and strong. The room overlooked the street below but was very quiet at night.

Came late at night and left early in the morning to catch a flight from Memmingen airport. Hotel was very responsive and explained clearly how to pick up and drop off room key card when reception was closed.Practical hotel and very correct value for money.

Excellent place. Great restaurant. Check in staff was excellent. Really neat town with a large Saturday morning fresh market in the old town area. Really liked it.

Morning staff was kind of hovering. During breakfast the girl made us feel like we were doing something wrong. Just constantly watching super close. It was odd.

Fantastic central location. Friendly, helpful staff. Generous sized room - clean, comfortable, good Wi-Fi, decent shower. Air con worked well.

All it needs to be perfect is a kettle and fridge in the room.

Clean spacious room with view over street. Breakfast was good with choice of cerials and meats. Dinner was also good with excellent wheat beer from their own brewery.Good location on the edge of town for sightseeing or shopping.

The location is really good, and there is free parking in the back of the hotel. The receptionist was really nice.

This hotel is lovely. A few metres away from the small centre. Its restaurant is a brewhouse. Very clean, very spacious. Very comfortable bedding. We needed a taxi for the airport at 4am, and the receptionist booked it for us.

The location of the hotel is perfect and just a few minutes walk to the city centre. A car park, free for hotel guests, is situated at the back of the hotel. Elevator access to all floors.The staff at the reception area and the bar area were very friendly and spoke fluent English. The hotel has its own restaurant and brewery. The food and beer were both very good. The hotel room was spacious and very clean as was the bathroom. The Air-conditioning made it even more comfortable. A complimentary non-plastic bottle of water was offered in the room and non-plastic reusable glasses were available. Even in the bathroom, non-plastic tumblers were available. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

A choice of pillows (soft and firm) would have been welcome.

The location was great.

Elevator not working, so I had to climb 3 floors with a knee problem, but no warning about this before paying. To check us in they insisted on having our credit card number over the phone, because we were arriving after the check in time. They have a key deposit lock box outside the hotel so we could still get in. However, they could have checked us in without our cc details and we would have payed the morning after. And even if we had wanted to "cheat" and not pay, booking.com guarantees that the property gets paid (they have our cc details). So against all warnings on the booking website I had to give them my credit card details and trust them because they wouldn't trust me. Not very fair.

We liked the staff, the room, the availability of parking on site and the restaurant.

The location is perfect! The room was fine. It was hot during the evening and we could not control the temperature; however, we could open the window. The restaurant was excellent and the original reason for choosing the hotel. It's a brewery! It offered a selection of typical German foods, brick oven flatbreads, and of course, its "own" beer! We enjoyed it very much! Breakfast was an enjoyable short walk to its sister hotel. The spread included coffee, tea, juice, water, sweets, eggs, cereals, yogurts, fruits, meats, cheeses, and breads. It was very pleasant.

I already paid for the rooms through Bookings.com. The front desk asked for a credit card which I gladly gave. I thought it was for incidentals, but when I checked out I realized I was double-charged for the rooms. I had to call the office the next day to reverse the charge. An email showing the transaction of the credit was sent to me. It was harmless, but a lot of unnecessary time and energy was spent on both of our parts.
