Excellent location, very clea

No 24/7 reception, felt empty noisy Saturday mornings, overpriced.

The Manager and staff were very helpful but the breakfast was pretty basic. I would have liked more choice.The bedroom was very bright and roomy and overlooked the town square.

My room was on the third floor with no elevator. I couldn't carry my bags as I broke my back six months ago and cannot lift heavy objects. The managers mother was kind enough to take my bags up for me. Thank you!

Located in the center of Memmingen. 10 minutes walk from the train/bus station. A lot of Stores nearby. The room was really clean and the staff was friendly. I would definitely come back again.

It would be nice to a have a mini-fridge bar in the room. No Air conditioning in the room (but this is quite typical in Germany).

The hotel is right on the main square, so it is really a lovely place to stay, if you are travelling alone or as a couple. Room is ok, has all you need for a short stay.

I travelled with a 2 year old, so the area was too noisy for us. Also, the hotel is in an old building and you need to take steep stairs to get to your room.

We did not have breakfast

It was a bit hot. A fan would have been appreciated

Location was perfect - it is exactly the centre of the city, 7 mins of walking to train/bus station, 20 minutes in total from/to the airport. If you are planning to visit Memmingen and all its surrounding areas (castles/cities/nature), this hotel is a perfect place to stay.

I am living in Serbia, and here guys always give you a glass of water in addition to the coffee. So maybe it would be good have, but it is too subjective)

The rooms were very nice. Plenty of space. The bathroom was very nice. It is right on a town square.

That I didn’t know the check-in desk was a cafe. Parking is tough.

Amazing location in center, very spacious clean and comfy rooms. The ladies who run the hotel are lovely, very friendly and there to help if you need anything. They make you feel very welcome and they are kind! I had a great stay and would recommend for anyone. The rooms are big with a lot of light and it feels very cosy.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful, the room was cozy and warm, the location in is a very beautiful authentic part of the city with a lovely bakery just opposite the hotel.

The large bathroom windows are partially shaded with some type of opaque glazing, I personally would have preferred a simple curtain added. I suggest adding a hot water kettle with some tea bags, it makes all the difference.
