Poor sound proof, too soft mattress, quadruple room is too small

A wonderful hotel in the city center, with exceptionally kind staff—we received very personal attention. The breakfast is excellent. I highly recommend it and we would stay again.

All was perfect.

I was travelling solo and booked this hotel at the last minute because my flight was cancelled. At first, they gave me a small single room that had a strong paint smell, and the heating didn’t work. After I complained, the nice girl at the reception desk changed my room, and I got a really spacious one with a large bathroom and its own sauna. It was a great experience, especially compared to how it started. Thanks to the kind receptionist with dark hair for being so hospitable and patient.

Very friendly staff. Very good location in the centre of the historic city. Very good facilities including a bottle of water and a water cooker in the room, even a fridge. Room had a writing desk on the larger end of what is standard in hotels. Fabulous breakfast (although the croissants could be crispier and the eggs were hard-boiled). I also enjoyed the total quiecy in my room on the attic floor.

The fridge underneath the writing desks is an obstacle for really using the desk (restricting legroom), but fortunately it can be moved elsewhere.

Breakfast for 11 euro totally worth it. Renovated rooms upgraded with heating floors and the view from the balcony is dope. 5 minutes walk to the station if you take a 4 euro/10 minute bus to the airport or train to Munich or anywhere else.

The hotel is huge and located just in the center of the city. The provided room was spacious and super clean, with many towels of different sizes in the bathroom. Complimentary still water was a nice bonus. The breakfast was great: salmon, variety of cheese, egg omelette, boiled eggs, bacon, sausages, croissants, vegetables and a fruit salad. Everything was delicious.

Wry clean. Front desk attendants were great. The lady working the wonderful breakfast buffet was tremendous. Very welcoming.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom as well. The receptionist was very polite. Quite good breakfast as well. Perfect location to explore the city center.

We couldn't adjust the temperature in the room: it was hot during the night. No fridge in the room.

We stayed at this hotel one night as we were passing by on a travel from Frankfurt to Liechtenstein . I was the perfect rest stop. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was tasty and convenient before we checked out and continued our journey!

The hotel didn't have airconditioning, for a 4 star hotel i would expect that. Booking an appartment i felt like the room was too small

Drinks in the bar were very expensive, more than we anticipated.

Nothing, all good!

Location was good for the wedding in the middle of town. Monday morning I came down at 8:30 for breakfast and there was no bread. The dining room manager simply said we are out, there was a tour. So there was a limited option for breakfast even though I paid extra. Otherwise the staff were friendly.
