Locations great, parking is easy staff is super friendly and meals were awesome as well. A very busy place

The heating in the main bedroom is a bit tricky to figure out if you like sleeping in a colder room

24hours check in, definitely a plus for the area

No room cleaning or fresh towels were provided for four days. On top of that, there was a fire-alarm drill during which all guests had to wait outside in the cold for about half an hour. The hotel did not offer any kind of gesture—such as a complimentary drink or breakfast—to acknowledge the inconvenience.

Overall a nice place. Breakfast was good.

Rather remote location unless you are visiting the clinic. Charging for parking is ridiculous due to location. Breakfast was overpriced and scrambled eggs were runny.

The hotel is very new and modern , the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated.

The breakfast was not worth 18€, even if the buffet had not been completely empty between 9-9;30am , when there was absolutely nothing except bread and butter available. The young staff is not to be chided , there was simply no supervision during breakfast . Out TV was OOO , and a light in the room did not function.

Hotel was nice, area was nice. Hotel staff was very nice and welcoming. Hotel staff spoke English very well. Hotel was 30 minutes away from Triberg Waterfalls. Room was air conditioning. Breakfast was really delicious.

Exceptional

The staff member who was on duty on December 12th between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM displayed unprofessional behavior and appeared to lack the qualifications and competence required to perform his role effectively. He is a tall, heavy-set man with a bald head.His communication style and behavior suggested that the responsibilities of this position might exceed his abilities. I kindly request that he be provided with training on appropriate client interactions and professional conduct. Alternatively, it may be worth considering assigning him tasks better suited to his skills.

Cleanness, quietness, comfort, parking, wifi... Everything is perfect. And the staff was very accomodating for a late check-in.

Fair price, clean, near the clinic, free acceptable Wi-Fi.

The toilet looks 100% clean but smells slightly unpleasant

Spacious room!

Shower is outdated.Twice fire alarm in the night. We spent an hour or so in the middle of the night without a single excuse from the staff!It was a mistake of the alarming system, we didn’t sleep properly so if I were a hotel manager I would probably either offer a free breakfast or just bring cards to the room with cookies or so as an apology.

The room is comfortable. Breakfast is good enough.

The lady at reception is there to make everything difficult. I spent half an hour just for check in because of her. Even if I offered to pay immediately, she insisted to get credit card number or extra cash. Unfortunately there is no internet connection inside and she suggested me to go out and get the virtual card number and then come inside back and give the card number her. Unbelievable!!

The cleaning lady knocked twice before 10 am in the morning enthusiastically wanted us to check out so she could finish her job.

The locations is excellent when your travelling for business. Enough space to leave the car. Excellent breakfast and super kind staff.
