Years of mold in the bathroom. No soap. Broken light fixtures. No staff ever seen.

Good place to stay. Very calm place which is much more important for me than localization.The best place i have found in Villingen. 8.5/10 my notation

1bus per hour only that is a REAL problem at night to come back. They are losing customers because of that unfortumately. More than 30mn from historical centercheck-out at 10:00 (but it is the case in nearly every hotels). i did not sleep very well.

Stayed here for 1 night which touring on motorbikes. It was booked last minute but everything was still ready for us arriving. Nice comfortable room, in good location.

The decor is a bit dated, but nothing bad. Would be nice to have a kettle with some tea/coffee in the room.

- got a message at 17.15h (!!) I won't be provided a code to enter, cos they couldn't book from my credit card, although I was supposed to pay AT the property!- there's no reception / nobody at the reception! I was lucky the IT guy was there to open the door for me and request the key for me- no WiFi at all- the room was spacious, but furnished like in the 60-ies of the last century, with an old-fashioned radio on the side & its cables all over the place (others have already uploaded photos of this), feels unpleasant - dirty balcony - damaged / useless window blinds

Mold in the Bathroom and just dirty Bathroom in General, there was a Pizza Box from someone else with Pizza still in it on the Balcony

Room was uncomfortable, shabby and unclean. Furniture was dusty, floor was dirty, balcony was filthy with old uncleared ashtray. Bed was uncomfortable. Only one very soft pillow provides, no second pillow provided when asked. Grounds scruffy and uncared for.old hair in the shower plug hole and bathroom smelt disgusting

Good parking facilities and good wifi

The bed was Awesome!! I slept very good here.The reception staff were amazing helpful and friendly, I needed some documents printed and scanned and they were very helpful and accommodating.

The location wasn't ideal for someone who wants to go and enjoy the night life. However, if your stopping over to sleep, then it's worth it. The hotel was nice. Still has dail-up.. no WiFi.

We were late arriving and the directions to retrieve the key was clear and simple. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and beautifully presented.

There were some small repairs that needed to be done which would have made the room look nicer.

Comfortable mattress

No WiFi signal and the gym was supposed to be open at 6 am but it was open only after 9

Location is fabulous, very quiet with a nice balcony. Staff very nice and helpful. Room was very clean, tidy and functional. Nice hot shower.

Would have wished for a second pillow in wardrobe and an electric plug at the desk or bedside locker. In fairness it probably would have been provided upon request. I just did not ask.Would have been nice to have croissants added for breakfast.

Limited options for breakfast; The rooms had not good floor. In one room we booked the laminaat was having big gaps showing floor below. The carpet was not clean from rooms

This area is too dark during night time. Not every rooms equipped with air conditioner. No curtain inside my room

A clean room, a good bed but no hot water (tea and coffee) and no fridge. So those 3 stars, I don't know where they come from. Due to COVID-19 even no breakfast. The hotel have had it's best times but ok for quiet and clean sleeping. The city centre, 3 km, was very nice.

Disappointing

I ordered and I paid a room with a double bed and i received a room with two beds... Mistake. The beds were very uncomfortable, the mattresses very soft and old, my recommendation for the hotel is to change these mattresses. It was not a relaxing weekend there..
