James Boutique Hôtel Colmar centre

Excellent service and very nice and helpful staff. The hotel owner was very hospitable and always avallable to help and give suggestions about places to see and dine. Great experience overall. Hotel is new and very clean and stylish.

Parking is available, close to the city centre but not too close to be noisy. There is charging possibility for electric car.

Location

Night staff was unfriendly and would not provide us with an extra blanket. Fortunately the morning staff was very helpful and accommodated our request. Because our room was quite drafty and it was very cold during our visit in Alsace.

Very lovely hotel, staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious! Very dog friendly staff and they provided bowls and a bed for our dog.

Breakfast was a little expensive but all local foods so understandable that it was on the higher side.

The staff was professional, and she even highlighted the restaurants for us. The location is super close to the town, so we don't need to think too much as we parked our car in the hotel parking lot. It was a comfortable stay since the hotel uses the best quality bed sheets, pillows, and TV brand is the best in the market. I appreciate their efforts to provide the best of quality and will definitely go back again.

Nothing I can think of.

This hotel was exceptionally nice for a four star property. The room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed and very, very quiet in the back. The front desk staff was very very helpful every time I asked for anything. Location is very good with a very short walk to the old town.

The hotel is lovely. Clean, modern, great air conditioning and nice beds.

Location is perfect & clean room

AC is not cold enough. Barking fee for one night cost 33 ?with city tax.

Very friendly and helpful reception and breakfast staff. Spaces feel inviting, modern and clean, inviting like arriving home.Appreciate Wifi and computer access, if required.Room was very quiet and had comfortable bedding.Bath towels are large and fluffy and so are the robes. Hotel is easy access by car and sufficiently close to center, if you like to walk.

The toilet paper is atrocious; the quality is so beneath the rest of the hotel. Going green doesn't mean going cheep.

Vibe of the hotel, room decor, bathroom were excellent!

Location *is* walkable to the main pedestrian zone, but comparatively, the area where the hotel is feels empty. Just depends on what you are going to colmar for. If business and you need to work, great. But if to see the sights, prepare to walk. Definitely reserve parking inside if possible. The outside lot, while close, felt insecure.

The hotel was excellent! Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful and comfortable rooms and very good location.

Nothing that we did not like

Friendly staff. Enzo was helpful in suggesting restaurants and local tourist options

Daily room cleaning service was not consistent.

Lovely clean property in a great location. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Provided gluten free options at breakfast.

AC was so nice to have! Great location, terrific service, good drinks, beautiful decor and couldn’t be cleaner!

Everything was perfect.

It was clean and very comfortable. The location was excellent for seeing the historic Colmar.

The decoration was nice and the room was big and clean

We had a problem with the bathroom door, it was very hard to open and we mentioned it to the staff but they didn’t check it out. On the other hand, the AC in the room kept turning on and off by itself (we wanted to keep it on as it was hot) and every time it turned on it made a bubbling sound, we could not sleep well

Very comfortable beds, very clean, very nice staff. Only a few minutes walk from the city center. Easy parking opportunities nearby.

Nothing I could think of.

The lobby was really nice and everything was very clean.

The room was a little dark.

Welcoming staff, lobby and comfortable rooms.

Exceptionally gracious staff. Beautiful accommodations and lovely breakfast.
