Location was amazing. Especially during the holiday season.

Park at Parking de la Montagne Verte. 3 minute walk. Costed it us ¿13 for overnight.

Amazing location and the rooms were cute. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast is constantly refreshed.

If you’re a light sleeper ask for the other building because the main one you can hear any noise at all in the hall.

I loved staying here. The hotel is in a beautiful old refurbished building with twisting stairs and charming rooms. There’s also an elevator so you don’t have to schlep luggage up those stairs! Breakfast was reasonably priced and had a wide variety of items. The town was gearing up for Christmas and everything felt great. I’d like to go back there and stay for a week.

We would like to stay in the main building.

The location is phenomenal, right in the thick of the christmas markets and really easy to walk to from the main train station. I stayed in the "suite de la rose" which was super cute and would be amazing for a couple.

The wifi was utterly unusable. If like me you have to work when you travel, this is not the place for you. I paid 500gbp for one night in their Suite de la rose and for that price, in 2025, I expect working wifi. To get anything at all you have to basically sit on the front desk at reception and you MIGHT get a little coverage for intermittent use if you're lucky. The breakfast too was absolutely dreadful, unless you enjoy bad coffee and pastry first thing, you're better going hungry.

The location is amazing! Right in the heart of old town. The hotel is charming and has an old world feeling. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. Nice towel warmer in bath. The breakfast buffet had an ample selection and started at 7am. The parking garage is a 7 minute walk and inexpensive, 3€ for 24 hours.

The internet was spotty at best. The bath was very small and the shower had a bit of a mildew smell to it. Also, the rooms could use a little sprucing up. I’m sure it was due to a small size of the bath with little ventilation. Lots of street noise could be heard in the room.

The location it's Amaizin!! ! The hotel its located in the middle of the old town, 15 min waking from the train station. Staff at the hotel very nice and kind!!! Definitely a place to come back !!

Amazing location. Probably the best in the entire city. The room was clean.

There were multiple problems with our state. The Internet/wifi was down. I can’t remember the last time I stayed at a hotel that did not have working Internet. The entire stay it did not have working Internet. That is amazing to me. Quite disappointed. We went down and asked the front desk about it and he just shrugged his shoulder saying it’s not a good Internet/wifi connection. Second, a fire alarm went off twice at 1am and again at 1:30am. We were standing outside for a long time. We were up for half the night. No good sleep.Then we didn’t have hot water for showers the next morning. I still don’t know what happened. There were a lot of people complaining at the front desk so we never got a chance to talk to anybody. But no hot water, up half the night with 2 fire alarms, and no Internet for what we paid seemed ridiculous. That was very disappointing.

The staff were great, especially the manager who were very helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect right to the Christmas market. We really enjoyed our stay there

It was nice that it was in the middle of everything and the front desk staff were very nice.

Being the time of Christmas markets when we needed to leave we couldn’t get a taxi to come to us. We had to walk several blocks suitcases and all to get our own. There the front desk was not helpful.

It was an enchanting place to stay. We loved our room (101) the windows looked out to the festive city. The staff were friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

The long walk with our luggage from the train station to the hotel. There were no cabs available so I would recommend arranging a cab before hand.

For the Christmas markets, the location can't be beat!

The bath towels need to be replaced and upgraded. They are thin and worn.

Appreciated the elevator access to our room. The room was larger than we expected, had a view to the street, and comfortable bed. The hotel and the old town are charming. The parlor, courtyard and dining area were nice surprises. Staff were pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. We hope to stay again soon.

The front desk was extraordinary!! So pleasant, kind and helpful. The location could not have been better. Our room looked over Grand Rue but it was quiet at night. Breakfast had a wide array of options.

Smell of smoke and shower was super tiny!! Very loud in the morning with trash and deliveries!
