A beautiful and spacious property and excellent team. Cocktails in the lounge are a nice touch and breakfast was excellent.

Location was fantastic, very spacious room. Staff very friendly and helpful, and courtyard very pretty. Only downfall was the air conditioning. We had a family suite and was only in the main room and not very strong.

The location is perfect as it is at Petite le Venise. The room is well design and clean. The staff at the front desk were fantastic in their service and helpful.

The rooms are very clean and the beds were comfortable. Front desk was extremely helpful and polite.

We requested a first floor. Well they have an inside court yard that you can use. One night our room smelled like cigars. I would imagine during the summer months it’s pretty loud too.

The location is absolutely perfect, right by Little Venice. Spacious and Comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff.

The hotel was clean, comfortable in a central, safe location, walking distance to the train station (be wary of walking with heavy suitcases over cobblestone streets though), walking distance to numerous Colmar city center sites, cafes, restaurants and shops. I love that the hotel staff is super friendly. Other hotel perks are that it has a small but practical fitness center, sauna and great breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent, with many choices and excellent cappuccino . Staff was very efficient and pleasant.Very nice location in a quiet area but, very close to most of the old town.

I think when booking, if the room requires walking up many steps with suitcases, it should be explained before booking. That is the only small problem.

Stayed in a different building not the one pictured. A/C didn’t work, poor view. If I went back I would upgrade my room.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was great and the location could not have been better. It is an older property so a bit funky with stairs, and no elevators, leading to some rooms. We loved our room.

Our second time staying at this hotel, the location is perfect for exploring the old town. They serve a good breakfast to keep you going. The rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful in every way. The rooms were very beautiful and gave us the feeling of living in a charming old half-timbered house, but with a modern and luxurious touch. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant at the same time.What truly deserves more than five stars is the staff. They were amazing – helpful, respectful, very sweet, and kind. It was a real pleasure to meet them, and they honestly made our stay 100% better.The location is excellent, just a short walking distance to the lovely town center. It’s a beautiful and quiet little town where you can enjoy walking around, and you can also easily visit nearby cities such as Strasbourg, Basel in Switzerland, or Eguisheim.I had requested connecting rooms, but they were not available. However, the hotel kindly upgraded us to better rooms and ensured we were next to each other since we were traveling as a family – a very thoughtful gesture. They also included breakfast even though it wasn’t part of my booking, which was extremely kind.Breakfast itself was excellent – fresh, delicious, with a good variety of essentials. Everything was well prepared and always restocked, which we really appreciated.We also booked a parking space at the hotel garage for our car, which felt very safe as it was monitored by CCTV. Street parking in front of the hotel was often full, so the garage was the best option. The only thing to note is that the parking spaces and street to the garage are a little tight, especially if you have a large SUV, so you need to be a confident driver. Still, it was very close to the hotel and convenient.In short: the rooms were good, the location was excellent, and the staff were beyond amazing. A truly memorable stay that I would highly recommend. When I return to Colmar, I will definitely stay here again.
