Pros +
- clean. excellent front desk staff. they offered ice on a 40C day. the property has a/c and uses it.
- Bed and pillows were great. The room was your typical American sized room. Reception suggested a restaurant when we checked in and we tried and loved the food at LEON’s. Bathroom had all the typical stuff we needed, my wife had no complaints. Towels also felt new and very absorbent. The room was very well sealed from outdoor conditions unlike our hotel rooms in Paris and Strasbourg that were chilly because it let the cold in through the bathroom.
- We were able to just walk across street to free shuttle into Colmar and a great restaurant
Cons -
- Hotel was close to 3 miles away from the Xmas markets and train station. Used UBER everytime to get around. No rain shower.
- Bathroom could have been cleaner and twin beds were tiny
- Pillows,to small and stiff
