Property is well located between the train station and the city centwr
Rooms were small
The hotel is budget as it said,. Property is quite lag of renovation. The room is not function well but enough for short stay. We got a room with a 3bed, unfortunately the 3rd mattress is very dusty. The bathroom is no privacy at all
It’s an Ibis! Very practical, clean and functional, but you are getting what you pay for. We are never disappointed because our expectations were never high. We easily walked to everything in the city center from the hotel.
It’s on a fairly busy road, and we had to sleep with the window open. There was a moderate amount of road traffic noise until after 1:00 a.m.
It had a parking and it is not to far to center.
The room, the bathroom , the toilet -too small.
Smallish room and a bit dated but clean. Had an issue with the sink and it was fixed promptly. Good secure bike parking.
Location
Very overpriced. Tiny room. No storage space. Bathroom set up screams public toilet. Smell of drains coming from the sink was nauseating. (The sink is actually in the room). Air con was old, noisy and ineffective. Couldn't open the window otherwise it's like sleeping on the central reservation of the local motorway. Toilet seat was broken. The price of over €200 for 2 nights is criminal for the quality of stay. We only chose it due to being able to park. However we left after one night as it was intolerable. We've stayed in many hotels over the years and we're very rarely disappointed. This place however takes the gold medal for the worst ever!!
This place had just what we needed for a one night stay, breakfast was good and we had good communication at the reception, even though the room was small, it had the necessary amenities that we needed.
Colmar is a small city, and I think the location is not that important, but from the hotel to the city center we made only 10 minutes walking. The room was the smallest room I have seen in my entire life. I never had a sink into the room before, so this was a new type of accommodation. The bed was good for 2 adults and 1 childI like that in the reception area there were games and activities for the families and kids. The parking is paid , but it is better to book it in advance and take a spot if you are traveling by car as in the street there are no parking places.
As the room was so small, there was no place to put your luggage or a wardrobe to put your clothes in.
Room was small but good for one person. Clean and not tired.
Location was good. Near the bus station and city centre
Poor facility. Not kettle and no service
Well located facility, price ok, 2 rooms for 6 persons available, safe parking available, breakfast ok
Very small rooms, third metalic bed looking unstable and located over the heads of 2 sleepers underneath. Mini toilet and mini shower, almost no space for our 3 small bags.I'm used to better-looking Ibis Budget facilities. Therefore, my disappointment
Super location. Great breakfast. Friendy staff.
Access to the garage needs detailed instructions. Very small room.
The Staff! Specially the reception! All of them were super attentive, friendly and helpful. They are 5 stars in customer service!! Thank you very much. Room: my room was big enough, nice shower, AC worked perfectly, the bed was good. Best part my room was super quiet.
The humidity… and the big flies I found on my window. Even though the window and room were closed the entire time, I’m not sure where they came from — especially since they appeared on different days.
easy, clean, friendly..the worldwide standard ibis budget (value for money)..
they know that breakfast could be improved.
The room was small even by budget IBIS standards. No place to leave a bathroom bag nor suitcase and no side tables. The location was on a very busy road and with the heat wave and no air, nor fan, the only option was to leave the window open. The cars racing by all night lead to no sleep.
The staff was not friendly with us even with basic questions. With no one on site after 10pm, we saw people delayed by travel sitting in the lobby with no help. I had to tell someone at checkin if I wanted any room service, i.e. towels or cleaning, right then for our entire stay and what I wanted when. I requested towels and cleaning-never got them.
I was able to walk to Le Petite Venise in 25 minutes. Parking on site, which was great. Room was clean and quiet.
Generally was a satisfactory stay, the staff was helpful and willing to assist.
The bed and pillow is too soft. Upkeep may required.
