    Cons -

    • Customer service.
    • The hotel is very cute itsel, however the amenities are not competent for a 4 stars hotel (shampoo, conditioner, body wash all in one bottle and no lotion.) The room material is a bit dated, nevertheless it is clean.
    • A bit of a funny smell at the room entry

They accommodated our two dogs and took great care of us. Breakfast was great.

The location was good, close to the city center, easy parking just outside of the hotel, room was nice and comfortable, nice bed and pillows, enough charging points, comfortable bathroom, also very good brasserie/restaurant where we had dinner.

A reason I booked this hotel was the gym. I was disappointed when they told me that it opens at 11am (same time as check-out) because there are bedrooms underneath.

The location is directly across from the train station - perfect! Not far from the Christmas Markets either. The room is a good size for two, clean, has end tables for both sides. The breakfast was typical European fare: Rolls, eggs, meat, cheese, yogurt, etc.-very fresh and tasty. Tthe croissants were a bonus - both plain and chocolate - delicious!! Also the breakfast room was beautifully decorated for Christmas - very charming.

The hotel is right across from the train station. It's the perfect location if you don't want to drag your suitcases around the city. It's a bit of a walk from the old town section of Colmar, which I think would have been nice to stay in, but I would rather stay close to the train station and then walk from there. The room was comfortable and clean, and the lobby and staff were very nice.

We had enough space, but the room was a little small. Also the elevator took forever, and it seemed like it kept going to other floors instead of picking us up (like it went up and down past us several times without opening). We ended up with a line of people waiting, although some people gave up and just took the stairs.

Horrible hotel this hotel is not even a 1 star hotel. Horrible all around I booked a junior suite and told them I need a shower they called me 2 days before to tell me they did not have. The room was old and no shampoo, no conditioner just horrible hotel!!! This should not be on booking as a 4 start hotel. Beware it is a 1 star hotel if that. Horrible stay!!!

    1IvettePosted on: 12-13-2025

Nothing pictures not as shown this is a 1 star hotel I do not know why you have it as a 4 star it is no where near a 3 let alone a 4 star. Room was horrible and old. Shower was not a shower no shampoo no conditioner no nothing. I booked a year in advance told them I need a shower and 2 day’s before arriving they told me they did not have showers in junior suite. HORRIBLE HOTEL!!! This is a 1 start hotel.

Everything horrible the room horrible the hotel horrible and the breakfast horrible cold as ice.

The property is pretty, the room is great. Great restaurant at the property.

The AC was not working, we slept in 25°C was a nightmare and the hair dryer also stopped working but they provided one.

Convenient location, right outside the station, clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was lovely!

There was only one small can of complimentary water for the two of us. Also, the shower was open, so it was hard to keep the bathroom floor dry after having a shower. The heating towel rack was not working. Otherwise everything was great.

The room smelled bad and some bad odor came from plumbing vents too.

The odor in the room and the bathroom

Great location near the Station, super walkable to the historic center

We couldn't set the temperature in the room down

    6PaulPosted on: 8-23-2025

Air conditioning worked very well making the stay overall very comfortable.

Our bedroom was not made up at all during our stay. To miss one day was bad, but three days was dreadful and why I have not given high scores.

    7JingPosted on: 8-14-2025

Good location. Opposite of the train station. Lobby looks new and nice. Breakfast children under 14 for free. Stuffs are friendly.

The classic room looks like a below 3 star hotel. Poor furnitures, no coffee machine, walls are not well polished.

    I didn’t like it

Bad location for visiting Colmar Ville, with no dining options nearby. The hotel restaurant's food is mostly meat... Very limited options! The room was poor. The bed was fine, but a light bulb fall in the bathtub, and the glass were still there. DON’T STAY HERE

The location is excellent for anyone travelling by train. The breakfast was very good. We also had two meals at the restaurant. One of the waitors (I forgot his name) attended us very well. I especially liked the fact that he speaks almost perfect German, which is a plus in my case (my French dates, which back to my high school days in Germany, is very rusty).
