Colmar Hotel

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was clean and taken care of between days. And it was very comfortable. The breakfast was nothing short of excellent

Nothing to say, the experience was great.

The location was excellent, close to the train and an easy walk to the town center. Free parking for our rental car was a bonus. Breakfast was amazing with many choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again . Wonderful hotel!

Everything was perfect!

Excellent breakfast. Owner was very friendly and provided accurate information of town.

none!

Absolutely delightful. If there had been space in our room for a chair it would have been perfect. Great location - right around the corner from the train station and the Navette (free shuttle that goes all around town). Breakfast was great (custom-boiled eggs, fresh squeezed orange juice, etc). And the staff was very friendly and personable.

Staff and breakfast and location near the train station were all great.

The hotel is very close to the train station. The front desk staff were kind and recommended a restaurant that turned out to be very good.

However, there were several small strands of hair on the bed and under the bedsheet — around ten in total.

The staffs. I forgot to ask the name of the reception lady when we check in. She was very welcoming. And I have to mention Alexandra who happily prepared our breakfast take away on last minute notice in the evening. It help us a lot on our early check out. Really appreciate her effort. Thank you so much Alexandra. The staff on the breakfast area were also very friendly. The food was delicious. The location, close to Colmar station. The room amenities is complete.

The property is just a short walk from the train station. There is elevator and the continental style breakfast was really good. The hotel has a cute vibe and decor. The hotel reception was amazing. They stored our luggages and allowed us to check in a little bit earlier. The room was impeccable, nice and clean. There were complimentary water and sodas in the fridge and an assortment of coffees and teas. Coffee machine and electric kettle in the room. The receptionist was so sweet as a told her that we were leaving super early in the morning and had breakfast included in our reservation. She prepared us a beautiful breakfast basket with fruits, cheese, ham, yogurt, bread, croissants, butter, fruit juices, etc for us to take to our room the night before so we could eat before we took the train. Such a nice and caring treat! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Colmar.

The bathroom doesn’t have a shower liner and gets the floor all wet.

The hotel has an excellent location — just a couple of minutes from the train station and about 10–15 minutes’ walk from the old town, which is very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere from the very beginning. The hotel itself is cozy, with a beautiful and thoughtfully designed interior. Our room was simply perfect — very clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every little detail you might need. There were all kinds of amenities: shampoos, creams, manicure sets, shower caps, shoe brushes, combs, and more. The free minibar and coffee machine were a very nice touch. At the reception, guests can always find lemon water and candies — small but very pleasant details that make you feel cared for.Breakfast was absolutely fantastic! They make real coffee of your choice (just like in a restaurant), and it’s included in the price. Freshly squeezed juices are also included, and everything was delicious and of high quality. The breakfast area has a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere. As for small things to improve: it would be great if the hotel didn’t save on toilet paper — for such a high-level place, two-ply feels a bit out of place. Also, the shower had no door, so water splashed all over the bathroom, and the water pressure could be stronger. There was also not much space for storing personal items — both in the bathroom and in the room. However, these are just minor details compared to the overall experience. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. Overall, we were very impressed and absolutely enjoyed our stay. We would definitely love to come back!

Clean, comfortable. Excellent facility. Great inclusions.

Bed a bit soft

New, clean rooms. Easy parking, so great if you have a car. Nice breakfast!

Nothing, all good!

Colmar is a nice city to visit in Alsace, This hotel is a perfect place to start your exploration of the city from. Its close to the station but there is also plenty parking around the hotel. The room was good, not super big, but it works. Bathroom was nice size and well done, we had a room next to the elevator but we never heard any noise from it.Breakfast was great and there was plenty choices to pick from. There was no restaurant in the hotel, but the receptionist was willing to help ordering food, and you could eat it in the Breakfast area, which is a nice service. There are not many restaurants in the neighbourhood. Also at the station there is a free bus that goes every 15 min a sort of tour to the city, which is very nice for tourists

Rooms were very comfortable, location was great, very near to the train station. Breakfast was good.

Location, only 15 min from center. Staffs were so nice and great. Breakfast was wonderful. Very comfortable

Everything was excellent:The staff, location, great breakfast, clean and quiet room. We will gladly return againThanks for the great hospitality.

Staff was great, amenities were great. Value for the price was great.

Parking was a bit difficult.

Nice room with good treats, comfortable bed, friendly staff and rich breakfast. Besides, the available parking lots

I can say 2 positive things about this hotel: very good value for money, and excellent breakfast (lots of variety, really, anything you can wish for).Other things are OK - not particularly good, but not bad either. The hotel location is OK -- on the one hand it's very close to the city center, but it's in an anonymous modern building in front of multi-story car park. The rooms are OK -- comfy and also with character, but quite small.

Nothing really negative
