Good breakfast but the earlier you go to eat breakfast the better. It gets REALLY crowded at peak time (starting from about 8 am to 9:39 am). The staff is very friendly and attentive.

The room was minuscule. For one person it is ok. For two it was too small. The bathroom/shower was incredibly small. The room price per square meter made it a very pricey hotel room. Also, the shower stall was a tad dangerous as the floor of the shower is very very slippery. Dangerous even given the large majority of guests are well over 60 years old. Hotel offers rubber floor mats but you have to ask for them.

The facility is extremely close Colmar’s old city center. Their breakfast is reach and includes various kind of food. They always provide tea and coffee in the reception. You can drink anytime you want. If you have car, they can allocate parking space for you from fair price.

Air conditioner wouldn’t cool the room down. We had no control over it. When we talked to staff about it, they went into a room to ‘fix’ it from their end, but it still didn’t work.

We were traveling by bicycle and they had a secure, covered bicycle parking space. The location, just on the edge of the old town is perfect for walking to explore or to reach restaurants. The buffet breakfast was excellent. They had gluten-free bread and madelines available.

It was a really amazing and comfortable stay at Ibis Colmar Centre.The staff were ultra friendly, helpful and informative.I love Colmar and in my next visit I would like to stay at this accommodation again!Thank you!

Great staff. Great attention to detail. Very clean and cute. We had two rooms one for my husband and I and one for our daughters. Great location at the end of the downtown. At the end of the you can have a glass of delicious Alsace Gewurztramminer. I recommend this place for the value.

Facility looks new & well maintained, close to supermarket and the center of Colmar! During our stay, we also order a tarte flambée from the hotel, it was very good!

Parking is available, the staff was great, and those location is right in the city center.

Small but comfortable room, friendly staff, location in walking distance from everything to see and experience in Colmar. Clean room with the necessary amenities for a weekend away from home.

It is centrally located and pretty much everything was within walking distance. Living up to Ibis standards, the room was clean with a comfortable bed and well use of the small space with hooks on the wall for coats/clothes and useful shelf above the table to make up for lack of space in the room. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They provide parking in the parking garage in the building across the street for EUR11 per night. They also serve breakfast in the hotel but we did not make use of this facility.

The room was small but it was not a problem for us as we came for a short 2 nights stay. If you have large suitcases, it will be a challenge.

value for money. the hotel room is worth 80euro including breakfast, not 120 without breakfast as it was. even coffee was not for free. why does the mgmt of Ibis do that? so disappointing

The hotel was very good near the city center. Very good breakfast. Parking was 1-2 min walk from the hotel.
