Dirty and small rooms.

Convenient and inexpensive

The old lady at the reception was very very rude... didn't greet us, kept talking in French after we asked to speak English without using Google translate etc. She even scolded me with saying something and pointing her ear in frustration. I was scared when repeating my answer, then she was like ?. I didn't know it is the standard for customer service in France. It was a foolish decision to pay 100 euros for this accommodation. Even the closest bus stop was too far from the property

Breakfast did not have too many options, the room was not too big.

The hotel was too far away from the train station. Bus transportation was difficult and of limited service making taxi using very expensive to get from and to the hotel

I liked the location an easy access to hotel and fast an easy check-in check-out.

There is nothing that I specially did not liked. It meet my expectations.

Small room. The lighting was not great.

Service is good, cleanliness is absolutely great. they also provide room service to clean up. Breakfast is served well. It is also easy to check in.

The distance from city center to the hotel was quite far. To reach the hotel from city center, it is recommended to ride a car or bike. If you're a backpacker traveler, it is not recommended.

Could use more than 1 pillow per person

The check in was easy and staff was pleasant. The room was clean, and it's pet friendly.

The room was small, just large enough to fit the 2 undersized twin beds, and it's in an industrial area. There are only 2 small towels and no washcloths or toiletries. For what it is though, it's perfectly fine to spend a night and move on.

I like the pillow and the bed, they were comfortable. Room size was okay, although still felt small. Cleanness was good as well. Good value for your money.

The location is far away from city center, and buses terminated their service very early in weekends, so we had to left early from Colmar to hotel. There was nobody on the street, which was terrifying.

Great location for visiting all the forts and villages on the mountain range. Breakfast was lovely, especially over the Easter weekend. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was really small - but still great value for the money.

The personal was very kind and helpful. Check in and Check out very easy and fast. The hotel has a big parking.

The rooms were too small and the sleepingroom's floor after bath was full with water( maybe there was a leak in the wall).The man at the reception has offered to change us room but it was our last night and we stayed there .

Efficient, clean, more spacious than expected. A good base for exploring the region.

The automated check-in machine (during late check-in) did not recognize that I had already paid via booking.com (or maybe it just needed to collect the city tax), but a night reception staff was there to help and there was also a button to call remote support.

There was enough parking just next to the hotel. The bed linen and towels were clean and neat. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. Pretty quiet area so one can sleep well. The bar and toilet were clean as well. A good wifi connection. Breakfast spread was good but for an extra charge. The view of the lake from the room window was nice.

The room was quite small. There was barely place to keep our bags.

The room was clean, basic only stopped for 1 night on transit to our destination. Staff very pleasant.

No kettle in room and I’m not keen on square pillows.

Good value for money. Breakfast is very satisfying. Clean and comfortable room.

Small room. Hotel is far away from city centre. There is public bus, but it takes long to centre.
