Hôtel Le Rapp

Location is superb. Value-for-money is superb. Very friendly staff. Nice and clean.

Its old and you'll notice. The so-called swimmingpool and hammam even feel a bit dirty purely cause they're so old and damp (in the cellar).

The staff were so polite and friendly. Beds so comfortable, breakfast plentiful

The bath was dirty, the hamam wasn't working, the pool seemed a little bit cold

The location was superb. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed. Everything about the stay was super.

There was nothing about the property we didn’t like.

I like everything, but maybe in the swimming pool we could have more bottoms to activate the pressure close to the border. If not everything was really nice, and the welcome of the staff was really nice and helpful! :)

Honestly, l had trust in Booking, but they need to look into this property. This is a 1-star hotel.

We have paid for a deluxe room via booking.com. The room they have given us was different from the ones on the website, as they told us these were the pictures before renovation! Dirty room with dust on the lights and furniture, and the sheets had black marks. I asked for a different room and they couldn’t provide. The manager came and changed the sheets himself and when l have asked for a cleaner no one ever came. Also the room was very cold, they had to bring a portable heater. This is a 1-star hotel, definitely not a 4-star.

Location is great

Room is not that big and the lobby is small.

Great location, very comfortable bed, great breakfast. I liked how the bathroom and toilet were separate in the room.

It was a little pricey for one night and breakfast. There were no coffee pods in the room to go with the machine so I couldn't use it.

Central for visiting Colmar.

Bathroom not great with a swivelling toilet seat, rusty radiator and the outlet to the shower was where to had to step in. Not finished well with tile names exposed. Room VERY tight and small.

Ok room, needs interior makeover. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues

The room was very spacious and it was in a great location! The staff was so friendly and gave us a map for local activities and great recommendations for renting bikes near by. We loved our stay here and would stay here again the next time we visit!

Everything was great. The pool was cold but it was a hot summer day so it was great.

Room should have a fridge.Safe too low on the ground.Spa rather airless and too dark.Taxi fare to the station was extortionate at 20 Euros and more than double the fare from the station to the hotel on arrival. Check fare before ordering a private cab (through the hotel).

We thought that there is no hair dryer, but it was my mistake. It is not in bathroom, but in cast.

The location is an easy ten minute walk from the train, and two minutes into the heart of Colmar. Our bed was very comfortable, and the staff were all exceptionally welcoming and helpful, to the point that when we saw one of the housekeepers on the street she recognized us and greeted us warmly. The price was also really good for all of the services of a hotel, and they were so good to store our bags all day before we left on an evening train.

Perhaps a mini fridge would be good in the room, and a hot water kettle. Though of course there is a nespresso machine. Otherwise, no issues at all.
