B&B HOTEL Colmar Liberte 4 etoiles

Room was clean, comfortable and a good value.

Tough to get to, and they have two hotels very close together. First one was a breeze to find, but wrong one. Second one took two attempts to find the exit to the side road through another parking lot to the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. There was a great breakfast in the morning that was tasty and had a decent variety of protein and pastry items. It was close to a bus stop and was an easy drive.

We loved the free parking and excellent and rich breakfast. We liked the modern rooms and the equipment and was very happy that they gave us 3 adjoining rooms as we requested in advance,Above all we loved the service and recommendations of Camille from the reception who we felt went the extra mile to make our stay better. thanks !

We didn't like that one of the rooms wasn't cleaned on the second day, But the reception responded quickly and immediately brought us towels and toilet paper at our request. We didn't like the location that much, which is in an area with no restaurants or anything to do around it, but with a car it's very close to Colmar and there's the advantage of the parking and access to the highway for traveling to the villages of Alsace, so it was very good for our stay and we will stay again.

The property was very clean as well as the rooms. The room has nice shower . There is coffee machine, kettle and they replenish coffee capsules on daily basis. The staff at the reception are very professional and friendly.

There is nothing that I didn’t like about this hotel

Nice, clean and comfortable room

Noise insulation could be better!

the property is to far from the city and the bus station is to far.Next time i would not choose this property that for sure , we spent about 70 euro to taxi for and to the train station.

Rather new hotel close to Colmar with a big free parking available.Very good breakfast with variety of options (missing only a sliced cheese) that served its purpose well.Rooms are new and were very clean.Staff could speak English reasonably.

The AC in the hotel was switched off in October including any central ventilation, so the only option to cool the room and get fresh air was to sleep with an open window even though according to the sticker on it, the window should not be opened due to mosquitos (the hotel is next to some lagoon/lake). The mosquitos were not really a problem this time of year, but the noise from the nearby highway and industrial area next to the hotel was. Highly recommended to pack ear plugs, you will need them.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff is exceptionally welcoming. The room was spacious, spotless, and indulgent with a coffee machine, kettle and tea bags, water bottles, refrigerator, safe, very comfortable bed, extra pillows and blankets in the closet, and a spacious bathroom with stunning design.Although they formally say that free parking is only available in vacant spots, there really isn’t a space problem, and parking for all guests is free.

The restroom was somewhat small and outdated with a sliding door, but extremely clean.

Location, cleanliness, staff and free parking.

Nothing although breakfast prices keep rising. Hate to see it.

Comfortable room and lobbyCoffee maker in roomFree parking on site

Location is out of town but we had a car so it was ok.Breakfast seemed a bit expensive for what you get.

Helpful staff, very well-maintained place. 24/7 reception. Very well situated

The room was spacious, covered with very thick curtains to keep the room dark on a sunny morning. It was super clean, and the shower gel smelled very good. I loved it.The location is very close to the statue of liberty, and very reachable by car.

The fridge was very small, you couldn't even cannot fit a big Coca-Cola in it.

Coffee machine in the room and complimentary water.

Sounds proof of the rooms is very poor.

Comfortable room. Modern facilities. Coffee in room. Friendly staff

Room's floor needed better cleaning. Toilet did not flush properly.

HELIN at reception is FANTASTIC!! We had an electrical problem and no TV reception when we entered our room. She problem-solved the issue, and fixed everything quickly.

Exceptional staff. Clean rooms. Quiet location.

Cleaning of bathroom

Very clean and comfortable. Lots of fresh things to choose from for breakfast. Nice personnel, easy check-in and out.

Nothing of note

The staff was fantastic, always available and with a smile on their lips. Excellent structure with free internal parking with a strategic position and the tranquility of the surrounding environment. The structure is in a great location, beautiful rooms, very clean and very welcoming. Exceptional!

The check in process was very fast. Reception team was very quick to answer all my queries. The cleanliness of the room is pretty good in my opinion. As for communications, its really clear. I would recommend to people who is visiting Colmar to stay in this hotel.

Breakfast was good but choices a little limited. As for the value, the amenities was rather short to make up what was lacking.
