Nothing. Everything was excellent.
Excellent location to the old part of town. Staff was super friendly and helpful when we arrived especially regarding where to park our car. Room was very comfortable and spacious.
It was a great location and parking was easy to get to and use

Breakfast is excellent, location too, 1min walk to the center of the city, restaurants and shops are very close. Great location.
Clean and quiet. Close to the Christmas markets.
Staff is so friendly. The facilities impeccable. Room was very comfortable and the bathroom is newly renovated and big.
1. Excellent room size, layout, decor, and lighting - We chose the Premium Double Room to have more space for our2 large sized luggages. This was one of the best rooms we stayed in, very spotless clean modern, new- looking, and thoughtful design and lighting elements.2. Location was okay but if you are arriving by train and walking to hotel, note that it is a 1.2 Km walk or about 17 minutes.3. The highlight of the stay is the BEST shower room experience ! - The best showerhead system is amazing. Only turning knobs for temp, but the rainshower and showerhead nozzle controlled with only on/off switches that sprayed perfect water pressure. Many different water spray modes and the rain shower had a great mode that sprayed finer mist spray - you have to try it to understand. And well designed shower room floor that slopes to the middle drain from all sides, this way no water seeps out to the bathroom floor.4. Minibar fridge in room! With free drinks in the fridge.5. Very comfortable & supportive bed mattress and pillows.
1. Front desk staff was in general very helpful except for one that perhaps could not communicate that well in English. Therefore, we received some confusing / conflicting directions as we wanted to take the bus to Eguisheim for a day trip (The Shuttle Express was fully booked) but was told it was only available for students during the Christmas period (our stay was 7-9 Dec). But the next morning we checked with other front office staff and was told bus was available for anyone to take to/from Eguisheim but only during fixed school times scheduled for students. In the end, we took an Uber and we recommend this as it is very convenient, takes only about 15 minutes and costs about 18 EUR. 2. Minor point - The pillows were all smaller in square shaped. We prefer rectangular shaped pillows.3. Other than that all was good.
The staff was over the top Amazing!Alexia , Joanna and everyone was so accommodating and professional
Water pressure in the shower could be better!Hot water was not constant
Very nice and helpful staff. Great location. During the Christmas market period the entire area is closed to cars. It's a nightmare to get in with a rental car. It's better to take a hotel outside the area and walk a bit.
Really small double bed, small room, old building with creaky wooden floor, cramped shower.
Perfect location, supreme staff, very comfortable!Great attention to details. Highly recommend.
Staff, breakfast, parking, bathroom, really comfort bed and bed sheets, location... Big like.
Room a bit small, but did not play a role since everything else was amazing.
Excellent location and friendly staff. Parking a huge plus.
The hotel was close to the train station and only about a 10-minute walk from the heart of Colmar and all the Christmas markets. The room was clean and small, but perfectly fine for two people. I appreciated having a coffee machine in the room and the free hot Alsatian apple juice offered during the Christmas season. I also loved that the hotel was decorated for Christmas with cute ornaments and a real tree, which added a lovely holiday feel. They also offered breakfast at the hotel, and there was a bakery just a few steps away with coffee, sandwiches, bread, and pastries to go.Another great perk is that the starting point for the boat ride is very close to the hotel. We took the boat tour even in November, and it was really nice-about 20–25 minutes long. The hotel has a sauna, a small gym, and a courtyard. We used the sauna twice - since it was included in our stay - and really enjoyed it, especially after walking around in late November. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They also have a luggage room and kindly let us store our suitcase for a few hours after checkout at no cost. Overall, we loved our stay.
Staff was very hospitable! Room was clean and very comfortable. Close walk to city center.
Excellent service, clean room, cleaning was done daily. Good breakfast.

Friendly staff, spa, breakfast
Room temperature controls. We could not turn the heat down in the room and had to keep a window open.
This hotel has a wonderful location if you arrive in Colmar by car. I was able to get garage access early, and the price at 20 Euros per day is fairly typical for hotels in that area. My room was really nice. And the location for the town is also excellent, as it’s a bit out of the tourist zone, so much quieter. Breakfast was terrific. Reception people very nice and helpful and they provided a really good restaurant list.
My only complain would be that it appears that the WiFi blocked or impeded video streaming, which I do in the evening. When I went to my “hot spot” and moved the phone near a window (which I had to do), the streaming worked. But not in the hotel. Most people wouldn’t be bothered by this, and I don’t know if this was intentional on the part of the hotel. Sometimes the building’s construction can be responsible, but streaming definitely did not work. The only other thing I would say is that this hotel takes bus tours. I usually avoid hotels that do, but even though there was a bit group at breakfast, they started early and were not really “in the way” as often these groups can em
Lovely hotel that’s about 5 minutes walking distance from the historic center. The room was super comfortable and quiet, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the modern conveniences while being super close to everything downtown in the charming historic district. Having AC was great, but we didn’t need it much because the temperature was mild while we were there. We enjoyed the hotel bar one evening, and we didn’t purchase the hotel breakfast because there was a lovely bakery next door.
