Cit'Hotel Primo Colmar Centre

Location very close to shopping and historic district. Comfortable bed. I would recommend this hotel if you wanted to be walking distance to town at a reasonable price. I wouldn't recommend if outside noise keeps you awake.

Appeared go to be a high crime area. Drunks woke us up at 3am screaming and fighting on the street just below our window. Clerk mentioned several cars had been broken into the night before. Tub was very tall and difficult to get into.

The room was horrible, like a prison. Door know fall down. My daughter hit her head in the bunker bed. There was no equipment in the room. The bath and toilet was less then 1 square meter. The bed was super uncomfortable. Breakfast too basic.

The hotel is few steps away from the old town and christmas markets? nice clean room and yummy breakfast. A quite area yet near to resturants and monoprix so very convinient.

The entrance lobby was unappealing. Stairs were pretty dirty.

The room was very bad and the price double from the highest we have ever paid. We booked a room for 4 and even if they were informed about the age of our children, they gave us a very small sofa that barely one of our kids could sleep.Also, the room was very cold and he barely sleep all night.

Room with bunk bed had small space for bed for a tall person. There was no hair dryer so ı couldn’t wash my hair but room and stay was okay based on the price.

The front desk staff guy was amazing. He went above and beyond to help our group feel comfortable even under difficult circumstances (we had someone with a medical condition). He was the reason we stayed and everything went smoothly.

Breakfast was great with the variety of meat, cheese, baked goods, fruits. Coffee was also great.

There was no Wi-Fi all evening. I was told that when there are a lot of guests at the hotel, the Wi-Fi goes down. I could only connect very early in the morning

I liked the location, ease of registration, and price.

Hard or soft boiled eggs would be nice. So

I needed hair dryer but the personnal at the night shift coulsnt find it. It would have been better to provide all the room with hair dryer.

Perfect location for an early flight and to end our tour visiting Basel. Close to train and bus stations. Room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. They even upgraded one of our rooms.The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Location was great, quiet neighborhood, close to old town and bus station to visit Ribeauville and Riquewihr early in the morning and avoid crowds

Room and Bathroom was too small, breakfast was not worth it

Tiny airless almost unusable room. Toilet room tiny and stinks. Wifi kept failing. Breakfast room crowded. Relatively high price for France but cheap for Colmar. We did eventually find better cheaper hotel here. We found our time in this hotel a real trial.
